Granular veins just under glans

Granular veins just under glans

Hi guys, I’m in the need for an advice on what could possibly be an injury.

Been doing dry jelqs quite intensely these couple of days. Normally, after hitting the 10th minute, the vein under my glans gets dilated. However with un-retracted dry jelqs, the vein will not get dilated. The dilatation will just fade away after few hours of rest. Recently, although it fades away, it started to be slightly granular at the mid point of the veins, just cm under my glans. It’s somehow firm to hard in hardness, and it seems to get bigger with the continuation of my dry jelq routine. There’s no pain whatsover.

Could it be a thrombosed vein or just a normally dilated vein? What should I do to minimize it? Should I continue with my dry jelqs?

Sounds like a lymph vessel to me. Thombosed Vein vs Clogged Lymph Vessels

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Yes it is indeed a a lymph vessel. Was reading through sparkyx thread and what caught my attention immediately is the ‘pale colored vessel’ as mentioned by him. As advised, I pressed it down, and guess what? It disappeared before appearing again after some light jelq. Well, I never though of that! It was hindering my progress as I was afraid to continue with regular PE.

Anyway, as I’m clear about it, there’s still few related questions. Any chance to prevent it’s formation in the future without stopping PE. And what would be the worst case scenario - Lymph vessel pop? Will it be dangerous?
Secondly, I’m also currently started practicing retracting my foreskin for extended duration as it might make my coronal ridge larger. But then, the same problem occurs - lymph fluid accumulation. Usually, I will have to un-retract it again to ease up the fluid accumulation and to prevent paraphimosis. So is there any solution for this?

No, if you are prone to getting them, you are stuck with that. You just have to make sure every time a blockage happens, you clear it before continuing.

Worst case is you will damage the valves in the lymph vessels and the lymph will be very hard to move out of the vessels. You want to avoid that.

You are already doing the only thing you can do.
