Gradual increase on newbie routine

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 3 weeks new and I think I’m gaining some awesome results so far. I’m gonna wait till next week to measure for 1st month results.

My question is on the newbie routine, it says to gradually increase to a 30 min jelq and 10 min stretch in 6 weeks time. I’m on week 3 and I’ve added my stretching to 16 mins and 16 mins jelqing. I do stick to my scheduled days off and my EQ and flaccid hangs throughout day are a noticeable improvement. How do you guys recommend the gradual increase? Am I ok by doing 16 mins of stretching?

My primary goal is to first improve length. I’m BPEL 5.75 and 4.5 EG. I just want to make sure I’m going about this the right way. Thanks guys.

It’s up to you. Use your best judgment. If your penis feels great all day long, and you’re getting no pain during or after the workout, and your EQ and PI’s are good, then you can keep adding a few minutes to your routine each week. If all those indicators are positive, then the extra stretching is fine. Watch out for any signals of overdoing it (and be smart enough to listen to those signals) and you’ll be fine. And keep in mind that more is not necessarily better. You want to do what is best for the GROWTH of your penis. If 16 min stretching and 16 min jelqing makes it grow, then keep doing that. No need to fix it if it ain’t broke.

Wait and see if you are gaining or not. Why risk injury and the time off you will need to heal?

If, when you measure, you have not gained anything, a month is not a long time in PE, stick with what you are doing for another month or two and re-evaluate then.

If you are gaining then don’t change anything! The biggest mistake new guys make is thinking more exercise equals more gains. PE just doesn’t work like that.

I’m coming up on my 2nd month and still only do 10 minutes of stretching and 10 minutes of jelqing. Still growing so no need for me to change all that much to my routine.

Pre PE: 5/8/04 BPEL 6.25" EG 5"

Goal: BPEL 7.5" EG 5.5"
