Gradual increase on newbie routine
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 3 weeks new and I think I’m gaining some awesome results so far. I’m gonna wait till next week to measure for 1st month results.
My question is on the newbie routine, it says to gradually increase to a 30 min jelq and 10 min stretch in 6 weeks time. I’m on week 3 and I’ve added my stretching to 16 mins and 16 mins jelqing. I do stick to my scheduled days off and my EQ and flaccid hangs throughout day are a noticeable improvement. How do you guys recommend the gradual increase? Am I ok by doing 16 mins of stretching?
My primary goal is to first improve length. I’m BPEL 5.75 and 4.5 EG. I just want to make sure I’m going about this the right way. Thanks guys.
