Gotta take a 2 week break.
I’m flying to California for a 2 week vacation so I won’t be wearing my extender the whole time. I’m currently at 500 hours and I’ve gained .35 in BPFSL which I know will eventually turn into BPEL especially once I start working my smooth muscle. Anyways, my friend on PEGym told me that I won’t lose my gains during my break. I’m just wondering if this break is going to allow my penis to heal and toughen up so the same tension won’t be as efficient when I get back? I hope not. I seem to be gaining pretty damn fast. I’m not sure if I’m going to have much privacy in my vacation like probably not enough to have jelqing sessions but I could probably do some manual stretching while I’m in bed every night. Any stretches you guys recommend?
