This is my 3rd week PEing, I already had a decent cock to begin with, but I am never happy with myself and always wanted to start PE but was too lazy, and all the girls I screwed were pleased with my dick anyway. Anyway, my starting length was around 17cm BPEL(Yes I know, metric system, I live in germany) and my EG was 13.5cm. After 2 weeks of PEing my girl was like “Damn has your dick grown? 3 days on 2 days off

Day 1 & 2:

5 min warmup in the hot shower
Ten 30 sec Manual Stretches in all directions, while still in the shower
10 mins Jelq squeeze
5 mins regular Jelq

Day 3

Same as Days 1 & 2, except I do twelve 10 sec Orange Bends, 3 in each direction.

I know this isnt a routine that is recommended here for a newbie, but I tried a lot of the excersices posted here and these were the ones that felt best. And I don’t want much more length, maybe another inch, I am trying to focus more on girth so I can break the 6” mark.

Hey redwood, I read your thread about your progress & deep thoughts on PE, and I must say, you and Vincent Van Cock are my PE role models. Such great gains in a short time, and with unconventional routines, that you came up with yourselves by trial and error, but work for you, just like I did. Thats the way I did it in bodybuilding as well, I tried pretty much every excercise until I found the ones that I like best and I pretty much stick with those. Gave me great gains.

Those exercises should be fine for a newbie. Just make sure you erection level on the O-bends is very low. Wait for a while before doing them at a higher erection level.

If you are hurting her with your newly acquired size you may want to calm down a bit tiger. :leftie: More foreplay and slower, more gentle “thrusts” will get her warmed up and able to take it all with no discomfort. And for heavens sake try not to pound her cervix, that hurts them. If you can slide down past it into her CDS you can really get her going. Best of luck to you.

Thanks I appreciate that. I never created anything new for PE, I just found what worked for me and stuck to it, there are plently of exercises I haven’t even tried.
