This is my 3rd week PEing, I already had a decent cock to begin with, but I am never happy with myself and always wanted to start PE but was too lazy, and all the girls I screwed were pleased with my dick anyway. 3 days on 2 days off
Day 1 & 2:
5 min warmup in the hot shower
Ten 30 sec Manual Stretches in all directions, while still in the shower
10 mins Jelq squeeze
5 mins regular Jelq
Same as Days 1 & 2, except I do twelve 10 sec Orange Bends, 3 in each direction.
I know this isnt a routine that is recommended here for a newbie, but I tried a lot of the excersices posted here and these were the ones that felt best. And I don’t want much more length, maybe another inch, I am trying to focus more on girth so I can break the 6” mark.
