I was with my ex last night and during sex she kept saying “wow you feel bigger” and “it’s tight” This made me feel better. I have been doing PE for about 3 weeks and this did make me want to measure, but I swore I wouldn’t measure till after 2 months. I can feel my dick is bigger in my hand when I use the bathroom or during masturbation. It definitely hangs lower and thicker now also. I have become an advocate for PE now and I have every intention on continuing and eventually adding some other exercises to the newbie routine. I was thinking about introducing the use of a traction device and clamping after the first 2 months. I’m about to incorporate the orange bends into my routine starting tomorrow.

I had no intentions of stopping PE, but when my ex said those things to me it made me want to do more PE asap. I’ll stick with PE’ing for some time.

Listen to the boss clasik! Do the newbie routine for 3 months, gradually increasing intensity. And if you’re still gaining, don’t change the routine.

And incorporating more advanced excercises, particulary clamping, before completing the newbie routine is asking for an injury.

PE is a marathon, not a sprint race, remember that.

Same here.. I’ve been doing the newb routine for 2 weeks and I can already tell some things are changing.. Too bad my girlfriend is out of town for another month.. I hope she can tell when she gets back.. And I’m not going to measure until I get to the 1 month mark.

I don’t understand why people want to jump into new things so soon. I’ll be happy as hell, as long as I can keep it this simple and keep gaining.

The answer to that question Ivan is that people look for shortcuts in everything. I think it has been said enough times that we need to take our time but some are going to be “hard-headed” and get hurt and then they’ll be posting on the “Injured Post.” I’m with you man. I’m going to keep it simple and let it do what it does.

I agree. I don’t have the time or motivation to try to go in every direction. If something is working, no reason to change!

I’ll follow the newbie routine till I no longer have gains, but the reason I would deviate from the routine is because if I were able to find something which would stimulate more growth. I guess when I read about people exploring and finding new techniques which result in positive gains, I figure if they did it, why can’t I? I don’t want to push to hard, but trying new things is always something I am interested in. I do appreciate every ones input though and it has caused me to rethink changing my routine. It’s your dick, not ours. I love sex to much to be out of commission. I never left the newbie routine and saw great gains. Im’ with Ivan, toofpick and bigsilo, if it works, leave it. Now then, have you read all the threads out there about starting with good gains then adding more to your routine only to stop or hinder gains. Like Thunder said, ride it for what it is worth.

I feel you on that tnt. The newbie routine is so fucking simple: Warm up, stretch, jelq for 10, 15 minutes or whatever, kegel while you doing so and warm wrap again. It doesn’t require any “special” tools, doesn’t introduce you to something that all men are familiar with (masturbation) and you still grow from the shit. If I can get growth from it, why make it complicated. At least for the first 3 months while my dick is getting conditioned. I’m not knocking those that have but it would be a shame to know that you could have kept it simple at first and still have growth. Simplicity is my policy cause complexity sometimes gets the best of me.

I’m not looking to be on injured reserve. I guess I will stick with it until I’m not gaining anymore hopefully I’ll get up to my goal and then some. Thanks for everyones concern and help.

Exactly, you can easily be fooled by the first few weeks because your penis isnt used to this kind of tugs and pressure. So remember… Stick to the newbie routine, do not pull too hard, and its always better to jelq with a softer grip than an intense grip when starting out.
