So I was sitting around watching the NBA playoffs and I received a text message from one of the girls I was on a date with this past weekend. It was her stating that she was sore yesterday and still a little sore today. I don’t know how true this may be, but it does help with motivation.

She asked me what was I doing to cause this gain and I just laughed it off. I wonder if some girls just say these things to appease us males.

Most likely it is a genuine comment. But play it both ways, if she is exaggerating she is trying to tell you sex was good and she liked it. Not a bad thing either way.

Well I am suppose to see this girl again next weekend, so I guess her comments were genuine.

Wow in 3 months you gained 1 inch. If I could gain 1 inch in 4 months I think I may have an eternal smile on my face.

Honestly I think a large part of it came from an increase in EQ. When I first started my EQ was about a 6-7, now I’m standing strong at 9-10. I have been consistent with my routine though and after making a few tweaks here and there I’ve found something that I feel is working for me again. Also I think I’ve gained more but I am waiting to measure.

I think the EQ does a lot as well, when I’m at a 10 and super rigid, girls notice and it never had anything to do with size. I think if you get super hard, that’s a rarity in itself. How’s the routine going for you JB? I’m still behind you in the EG department, but it looks like we’re both doing well.

Hey Continental, glad to hear your routine is doing well for you. I’m sure you will surpass my girth in no time. For me my routine is going well. I have recently increased my stretching time and today I noticed I appeared bigger. My length is still increasing (thank goodness) but I don’t really work on girth to much. I have adopted the split routine with stretches in the morning and jelqing in the afternoon followed by fowfers in the evenings. I probably use more heat than necessary, but I find it doesn’t hurt to constantly heat. While doing the inverted v-stretches I put a rice sock on. Also while stretching before I jelq I use the rice sock, this is after 10 minutes of heat with the rice sock.

Anyway, sorry to get off subject. I hope you reach your goal before me, but I promise to keep pulling no matter what.

I haven’t added any V or jai stretches yet, another month till those I think.

It sounds like you’re doing very well with the ladies, something I am jealous of. 2 girls in 2 days, both responding back with positive compliments, is definitely a good thing. Nice work my friend.

I do pretty well with the women. I don’t know what I do, but I try to do it on a daily basis. Oh and I am not banging skanks any more or any less. Actually I don’t contribute my luck with women to my size. There are so many other factors which come into play. I’m sure you can be with 2 girls in 2 days if you wanted to. I’m not trying to brag nor sounds conceded. I’m sure you’ve heard it over and over, it’s just a matter of attitude. Within the past few years I’ve adopted a more type of alpha male attitude in life and I’ve seen it pay off. I’m sure there are those women who don’t like it, but the majority of those I’ve come into contact with like a man who is able to take control of any situation at a given time. But who knows, it could be that they believe my lies.

I would wait on clamping it’s really easy to hurt your self and to do to much to soon. It happened to me caused a skin tear. If you do do it go slow 5 min not ten and keep the pressure down.

Yeah it’s definitely in attitude and how you carry yourself. I need to work on being more open to approaching new girls. I want to get beyond the fairly good amount of accidental ass I get, to where I am in control and asking out a random girl with total confidence. It’s a process that goes along with my PE.

Have you noticed a jump in gains, or any change, since adding the V stretches? They impact the tunica more if I remember.

Yeah, I’ve only been doing them for a week or two now and yes, today I noticed I was longer than before, but that was after a good morning stretching session with the inverted v-stretches.
