Got my first inch

Hey guys, I meant to put this in the results forum but I can only post here being that it’s my first post.

Anyways, I PE’ed for 3 months straight a few years back and went from 5.75 BPEL tp 6.5 Bpel. I quit, however, after the 3rd month because I developed a major baseball effect. My size quickly went down to 6.25

Anyways I started over again on 03/11/05 at 6.25 BPEL. Within the first 2 weeks I was back up to 6.5 but I had to stop for another 2 weeks because I got a wicked case of poison ivy. I resumed PEing on 4/20/05 and in this month went from 6.5 BPEL to 6.8 BPEL.

In other words, I got my first inch and did it in about 5 months total. Can’t wait for the next inch. I didn’t start measuring my girth until last month and have had no girth increase in the one month span. This is my major focus now so we will se how that goes. My base girth is 5.5 and my girth midshaft is 5.2. I want a 6.5 base girth and a 6 midshaft. Later.

Congrats on your significant gains so far Ocelot, Have you got any before/after pics worth posting as inspiration for the other PEers around here?

How old are you by the way?

I was as pleased as punch when I registered an inch of gain - couldn’t believe it because I had been so sceptical before starting. I have spent last few weeks consolidating my gains with low level jelqing (hope it works) and then plan a 2 week break before starting out on another 0.5 inch and some girth gains.

I too got exactly 1.0” — in less than 3 months.

However, now I see no signs of more gains. No happy days with that extra .25. No movement in BPSFL, which usually leads EL gains. So I think that my future gains, if any, will be hard won. I’m curious to see if you guys keep charging ahead, or if you stall like me.

I’m actually happy with my length for now, but would love to see more girth. Since girth is growing so slowly for me, I cannot tell if it’s creeping along or not. I’m not even sure the 0.2 in girth is cemented as on some days I dip down to 0.1 or 0.15!

My gf is in South America for four months. I started PE after she left. Before I add more length, I want to make sure that I still fit lengthwise and don’t cause any pain—small risk, I know, but I don’t want to take it.

Haha, I should have clarified that the poison ivy was all over my hands and not on my cock and balls. I’m 19 BTW. Now I just need to tackle the problem of SSS (shrinking sack syndrome). I swear it disappeared in no time at all.

What is a “baseball effect”?

Also, what is your routine? Are you hanging or stretching? Are you jelqing?

I’ve been doing the PE exercises for about 1 year on and off and I’ve had some gains but nothing like that anyadvice espeasaly on girth increase

What kind of exercises were you doing Ocelot?

Well the first three months was just jelqing. That was years ago before I had access to this kickass site. I didn’t warm up at all, just jelqed for 30-45 minutes straight for 6 days a week. I gained .75 in that time but I was obviously overtraining since I was experiencing some mild ED and I wasn’t going through a full range of motion which made me get that baseball effect.

Since I started back I gained nearly another .75 only it was a lot easier this time. I do a hot wrap for 10 minutes, jelq hard and slow at around 80% for 10-15 minutes and follow that up with some orange bends for 15 minutes. I stretch every week or so, but I don’t feel it’s too important, atleast in my case, since jelqing seems to stretch my ligs a lot. Then I cool down for 10.

lars: you might try clamping (with heat applied - I use IR light about a foot away from my cock). I am a hard girth gainer but have gotten .4 inch for the first time, through clamping with some squeezing while clamped (but BE CAREFUL!!)


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

Good to hear, dangleman. I’ve been thinking of exactly that.

Did the full 0.4” arrive once you started clamping/IR, or did you have some girth gains before? Also, what wattage on the IR?
