Dear: Fellow PE’ers

I am sorry to say that I am finally stepping away from PE due to the fact that I have not gained really anything over the past 3 years give or take, it was depression over my size that led me here in hope to change it and increase my confidence, since my growth was stunted due to medication when I was a teenager, I know I’m most likely just doing it wrong, but doing it wrong or not finding the way that best fits me over a long period of time has just made my depression worse.. I don’t mean to slander PE cause I know for a fact it works so any newbies out there reading this, please don’t be discouraged by this thread, iv read countless articles about peoples growth, techniques, and stories, I believe beyond the shadow of a doubt that it works, but I just can’t take the disappointment anymore its just making my depression worse so I’m taking time off from PE, I don’t know how long, but I need to save what little sanity I have left.

I did gain 1/4 inch in girth, but I lost it, what I need most is length.

Ok you’re girth is already well above average, what did you do to gain length? I saw your other thread and you mentioned 15 mn of stretching, 30 mn of clamping and 30 of pumping, that’s more of a girth routine.

Be well. Please don’t go the route of surgery as there have been few success stories. It’s likely you’ll have less after. Be good to yourself.

Before approaching experimental surgery (all PE surgery is effectively at an experimental stage) try reading some of the threads on surgery around the forum. As titleist mentions, losing length is a common side effect and any lengthening surgery comes with post surgical hanging (so why not just skip to the hanging).

Three years is a long time to go without gaining, but to lose gains tends to indicate that you lacked much in the way of consistency and that is something that you might well have needed for length gains as well. It’s hard to tell what you’ve tried, so I may be far off the mark.

Do not go for surgery. No length in erect state are guaranteed.. So pointless..

You aren’t mentioning what routines and methods you’ve tried so the vets can help you.

It has been like almost 1 year I don’t gain and I know there are so many things I still need to experiment. My closest option is to take a decon break and try out hanging as I hope I will have more privacy in the future.

Try out heavy manual routines with effective jelqs and squeezes, or hanging if you got privacy. A decon break might be good too.

Sorry for the long wait, but my routines have changed quite a bit since the one iv posted. My new routine that iv been doing for the last several months have been

Hot wrap with a rice sock 15-20 min
Hanging (captains wench) 30-40 min
Pumping 15-20 min

I hate manual stretching because I never know if I’m applying enough pull or not, but the thing about hanging is that is doesnt always feel like its pulling my shaft, it feels more like its pulling everything else out like my balls up into my intestines and iv actually had to push my balls back down, because they were being pulled so far up, if that makes any sense.

@ Titleist, I know but its hard to weigh my options when this could be my ticket, when iv lost all this time..

@ Memnto yes iv had some trouble staying consistent, because either I can’t find the proper alone time or iv had to take more rest days because I couldn’t stop myself from masturbating or at least thinking of something that would give me an erection, which is probably one of the hardest parts of PE for me is to take a day off from masturbating or having an erection of some sort which, yes I know, in turn hurts my gains makes me take a few steps back, which is probably one of my biggest problems, so I then end up taking about a whole week off just to get back on track.

@ Dickerschwaz iv been weary of ADS’s, just because I’m afraid that I’m gonna get caught and someones gonna say “the hell is that in your pants?”, and they won’t mean it in a good way.

Combining pumping and hanging doesn’t really make much sense. Stay two hours hanging and build up in weight. How much weigh are you hanging?

How come?

I read in the pumping forums that the best way to use a pump is by pumping until peak then holding it for about 10-15 seconds, then decompress then pump again so it keeps stretching the skin repeatedly

I use about 11lbs for hanging

Actually I remember a guy posted a while ago he hung every day 1 20 min set in the bed SU. Then pumped and I think dynamically. He reported good gains. Sorry don’t know his name mate.
