I want to try 15 min strech and 15 min wet jelqs.

but I don’t know if I should do it with one day off and one day on
or 2 days on one off?

Are 2 days on and one off too “dangerous”?

Luv’s sample newbie routine is a great way to start. Two days on, one day off shouldn’t be “Dangerous.” The potential for injury is less about frequency and more about you and how well you’re able to monitor your body. Always warm up, intensify your routine gradually, stop when it hurts and treat your dick like it’s the only one you’ll ever have and you’ll be fine.

Personally, I like one day on and one day off. Just experiment with that but be careful! And good luck in the future.
