Hallo guys

I’ve gained about an inch in the last 2 months. I also became rock hard. After overdoing it a bid, a took of about 3 days. I’ve started again and have this problem: I only get about 80% of my previous erection. It’s just not getting (really) hard again.

(My usual routine includes 10-15 min of dry yelqing; 20-25 min of wet yelqing; stretshing and uli’s).

Anyone with a suggestion?

You are overtrained and 3 days off wasn’t enough time to recover. Try taking a week off.

Uli’s are a very advanced part of PE so maybe you should wait a little while before you use them aswell.

That is the problem when motivation is a too big factor, overdoing it will be generally a consequence to this.
