Good or bad?
I’ve been doing PE for a month and a half and I’ve had two routines so far
After a session my flaccid dick gets longer for one to three days consecutive. I heard this is a positive PI but my erections get weaker for the rest of the day and maybe the next one which is negative. So far I’ve maid no big gains but still, changes did occur. I have this little “discomfort” on the base of my right corpus cavernosa as well. I’m focusing on my right CC to make my dick straighter but I might drop the thing for now and focus and my whole wood while Jelqing.
I was wondering if I should go slower. Or simply take a week off and restart.
This is my routine.
10min warmup hot cloth
5min light stretching
5min warm up hot cloth
10 min stretching in all directions
5 mins warm down hot cloth
Then I do 50 jelqs 20/30% erection. (2handed = 1jelq) (sometimes I use a grip to hold the blood in and jelq with one hand)
Warm down shower plus cloth after.
Taking 2/3 days off.
I noticed that after the second day of rest my dick gets back to its normal flaccid size and I feel like a pressure around my dick. What does this mean? My erections feel harder and stronger though. So yeah can someone guide me up a little? What should I change? Do?
Positive Pi’s
Longer and bigger flaccid after session for one up to two days
Better EQ and Stamina after 2 days of rest.
Neutral Pi’s
Little pressure around the base of my right corpus cavernosa(I focus on that side while jelqing) it does not hurt but need to be careful as it feels sensible.
Negative Pi’s
Weaker EQ and Stamina for 1 or 2 days.
Mild discomfort after the second day of rest while flaccid (that is why I do 3 rest days sometimes)
What Am I doing wrong here? Can someone enlighten me please.
