Good Or Bad pains

Alright guys,I have this pain/pressure where my pubic hair is.It’s in between by pelvis bone and thigh.
It really feels like some is like putting their finger tip in the area,light Dab feeling.Also did Horse 440 squeeze,and feels like a burning pain under my Gland.Should I stop doing them?

Maybe you should re-think a few things, not least the “pretty harsh workout.”

If I were you this is what I would do: I would take at least two weeks off (but probably three), use hot compresses for 20 minutes every night before I went to bed, and take a fair amount of Advil to reduce the inflammation (like 2 four times a day, spaced out every six hours) for the duration of those two weeks.

I would not resume PE until the described symptoms disappeared completely. While I did this I would consider seriously dialing back the PE routine.

FYI: The idea isn’t to beat the life out of your dick until it’s long and sore and doesn’t work well. The idea is to use the various exercises to put a mild amount of stress on your unit whereby you encourage gradual size increases while it adapts. You go the “shock and awe” route with PE and your dick will go into recoil and resist growth because it is resisting damage.

Or you could take a day or two off and then resume injuring yourself until you’ve done enough damage to give yourself permanent problems.

What do you think you should do?

Stop all PE but continue with the warm ups. Do the Advil thing if you must like Mr. Happy said. I know this is a repeat but some things must be repeated in order for some people to get into their long term memory.

I think it sounds like you might have a hernia.

Hard to know, but it wouldn’t be a bad idea for him to get a medical opinion.

Yeah reminds me of a story when I was working at the clinic a patient came in with a sizable bulge in his pants and was walking kind of odd. He was an adult male developmentally disabled but high functioning. He wanted to show me his owie. So he did he dropped his pants and I saw what the worst looking strangulated hernia ever. So I alerted the doc and set him an apointment at the emergency wound. When he healed I don’t remember if I removed the stitiches or if the doctor did.

Well it’s not inflamed or anything,still get good wood & everything,It’s just a weird good feeling (like when you Cum) and it’s on the the crease where your thigh starts and pelvis ends.I Took off 2 days and starting back on Friday. But I think the pain that hurt most was when I attempted the horse 440 Squeezes.I guess I did it wrong and had to pay the price.

As the harsh workout, I do this

6/7 min warm up(hot-warm wrap)

15 min Squeeze Jelqs

15-25 min Manuel stretches.

10 min warm Down.

You know what,Mr happy after 2days of looking at this,this pain/feeling is at the base of my shaft like like 2-4 cm above it.

I only really feel it if I stretch .But still what is this pain/feeling?? Now am a little concerned.

Thats what I was thinking.You think a extra 5 min on warm down would be better? Or before?Or before and after.
