I’ve been a stalker on these forums for a loooong time now and have decided to share the goods..

I had a couple of short winded stints at PE but lost interest reasonably quickly. I blame this upon my age and previous immaturity! I only ever used to jelq and never really delved into stretching. About a year ago, my long term girlfriend brought up my girth in conversation/during sex (and thankfully!) how.. Substantial it was.

Her exact words were “You’re not that long but your so thick!”

We had just got back together after a fairly long break and a few sexual partners each. This stupidly made me give up (instead of carrying on and concentrating on length) thinking that I would never reach the length of one of the guys she had obviously got with.

Last November, I had a bit of a revelation; before that time she had previously never commented on the width of my cock. I put two and two together: for a reasonable time beforehand (three months maybe) I had been undergoing a fairly rigorous jelqing routine. I never measured myself, so I never realised that I must have grown a fairly substantial amount in girth. After measuring I realised that I was actually a very respectable 5.4”. Consequently I re-began my PE escapade.

I’ve been looking for mainly length gains, so I have been roughly following the newbie routine with less jelqs than usual but more stretching. I’m uncut so dry jelqs are my thing.

I’ve been going now for 3 months 3 weeks and formally measure only once a month (although it’s near impossible to take a sneak peak with the measuring tape!)

I’ve so far gained (to my shock) a very gradual inch in length and .1” in girth.

I’m now looking to stop my girth, as I’m scared that it might begin to decrease the regularity of sex with my girlfriend, but carry on gaining length. Is there any effective way of doing this that anyone has found? Also I have read around and about that if you gain length by stretching you cement these gains using jelqs.. But jelqs can cause girth gain.. Are there other ways to help cement gains?

I’ve been looking at hanging with increased interest recently and it seems it might be the answer. Any ideas?

Congrats on gains. Hanging cause base girth to many, so don’t know if this is what should aim for. Manual stretches are working, why changing?

You have a great size, every small increase in length will add a lot of volume to your unit since you are girthy. Hanging has gave me about 5.8” girth at the base (around 5” mid shaft) but I still can’t tell if this is girth that is actually used.

Manual till you either don’t gain or are sick of it then switch to hanging.


PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

Sounds good then guys. I’ll see what this month gives me then I’ll think about changing my routine to almost solely manual stretching and see what that kicks up!

Great length gains in 3 months. An inch in three months is not gradual, that is an explosion to most of us. I have only gained a 1/2 inch in two years of pretty steady PE.

I recommend you keep up what you are doing. .1 in girth for an inch in length is not a bad trade off for your goal of only length gains I think.

Sorry I used the wrong word there, what I probably should have said is steady instead of gradual.

I think I could live with gaining 0.1” girth for every 1” of length! Cheers guys.

Can I ask how do you menage stretching being uncut? Do you grab it right below the glans and pull or how do you do?

Yes, wishit. Some retract foreskin before grabbing, others pull the skin also, it’s a matter of personal preferences.

Yeah I use an overhand grip starting just below the glans, after drying and peeling back the foreskin. Figured that doing this should help to prevent a turkey neck from forming; as your not stretching the skin, just the internal tissue and the ligs.
