Background.
Peing for over a year, on and off. Pumping as a newbie before finding this forum. Jelqing and clamping experience. Over trained a bit as of late, no injury just fatigue.

Beginning stats. 5.75 BPEL Girth ?? Less than now.

Current. 6.5 BPEL Girth 5.2 Base. Tapering to 4.5 under head. 5 Head.

New Routine.

AM
15 Minutes Stretching all angles.
10 Minute Wet Jelq. Slow and Steady

PM
3*10 Minute Sets Clamping

2 Days on one day off.

Short term goal.

7.0 BPEL and .5 Inch increase in girth accordingly.

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance.

Sound like a great routine. From what you have written about your past experience I think you should take a month off and start with the newbie routine again.

I was in a similar situation and that helped me to get my first gains. I also was over training before I took a decon break.

Just my opinion but I think it would do you some good.
