Background.
Peing for over a year, on and off. Pumping as a newbie before finding this forum. Jelqing and clamping experience. Over trained a bit as of late, no injury just fatigue.
Beginning stats. 5.75 BPEL Girth ?? Less than now.
Current. 6.5 BPEL Girth 5.2 Base. Tapering to 4.5 under head. 5 Head.
New Routine.
AM
15 Minutes Stretching all angles.
10 Minute Wet Jelq. Slow and Steady
PM
3*10 Minute Sets Clamping
2 Days on one day off.
Short term goal.
7.0 BPEL and .5 Inch increase in girth accordingly.
