So, I’ve played around with penis enlargement in the past, but now I want to get after it for real! I’m not small, at all, my member is like 8 inches bone pressed and hard, but with average girth (I’ll check tomorrow, I just masturbated). But lately I’ve really got into bodybuilding and powerlifting and I looking for the total alpha-male package here. I’m sorry if it offends some people on the forum that someone who is not at or below average wants to undertake penis enlargement (I’ve seen posts about this issue), but it’s what I want to do and I’m willing to put the time in. Anyway, my main goals are to add girth primarily, but I want to add length as well. Just like you never neglect a single body part in bodybuilding, I figure it would be a bad idea to focus on one aspect of penis size without addressing the other. I just want to add girth a little quicker if possible, just to even things out. It’s not skinny or anything, it just could be thicker. Eventually I want to hit like ten to eleven inches and be much thicker, and I’m only 23 so I have all the time in the world.

I figured I’d stick pretty closely to that newbie routine thing everyone suggests. I’d warm it up in the shower, stretch for a bit, get out of the shower and do some slow 50-75% jelqs, then hot wrap that baby and finish up with a bunch of kegels (even though I don’t like them much). Any ideas or suggestions regarding this protocol regarding what it’s lacking to accomplish my goals. I’m gonna start tonight, so if anyone could respond by then I would really appreciate it!

Another question I have is when I jelq, what is the best lubrication? When doing it before I used soap (bad idea), petroleum jelly, and vegetable oil. Didn’t really like any of those choices for different reasons, but the vegetable oil was the best but it was weird slathering my dick up with canola all the time.

I think I’ll slowly work up to everyday, then start integrating some morning sessions as well, eventually getting to the point where I’m doing it twice everyday, even going up to three or more times a day in the future. I’ve heard of people making some outstanding gains doing very frequent manual exercises repetitively thoughout the day. If I can really add a good amount of girth, I’ll probably invest in a good all day stretcher too, but I’ll cross that bridge when I get there. MAYBE eventually, a long while down the road, I may look into clamping or something, but those practices just sound dangerous. What’s everyone’s opinion on the clamping issue?

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. It is completely unscented, lasts forever so you don’t have to reapply, and one container will last you a year or more. Well worth the price of admission.

I believe clamping to be an effective girth exercise but it is one of the most dangerous exercises there is. Other girth exercises such as sadsak slinky and Uli might be better.

Stay on the newbie routine for awhile to toughen your unit. Girth specific exercises carry a rather high risk of injury so you want to be acclimated to the stress.

Wow a reply already! I’m gonna stick to that routine for a long while before I start doing anything else. I will pick up that Albolene stuff too. Apparently it’s available at Walmart too which is convenient for me. What are some manual girth exercises, besides jelqs? I might start integrating those in like two months or so depending on how things are going.

Look on this site for Uli and sadsak slinky. There should be a link on the bottom left of the main page to Thunder’s Place Video Series. You will find instructional videos there. Keep in mind though that both exercises I mentioned are considered high risk.

Yes, wait on the advanced exercises until you have done at least 3 months or so on the newbie routine.

The girth I have gained mostly has come from pumping — that is a safe and gentle exercise. But again you want to stay away from advanced exercises and devices until you’ve got a few months under your belt with the newbie. Who knows, jelqing and stretching may be all you ever need to do.

OK, so I’m at like 4.7 erect girth. Also, had to postpone the PE for tonight until tomorrow since the girlfriend came over and wanted to do some things with my cock other then PE. She is really cool though, so I’m just gonna tell her and have her work around my schedule. Try mixing dry jelqing and wet jelqing during your sessions. I just started doing it this week again I used to back when I first started. I don’t warm up because I jelq in front of a space heater so I’m warmed up for the whole session which is only 25 minutes.

Start with like 20 dry jelqs(2 sec strokes), now after you finish 20 jelqs from base to midshaft do one horse squeeze for 10 seconds and then after you get that extra blood in the midshaft go ahead and finish that set of dry jelqs, then wet jelq for like 15minutes and later on through the session throw some more dry jelqs in there. If done right with the right focus and jelq quality then your penis should be very pumped after the workout. I’m only 5.5 girth but after my workout Tuesday my penis looked liked 6”. I think the heater was a big reason why my penis was so thick and expanded after only jelqing for
A short time.

I hope this works well for you I personally think jelqing is the best PE exercise you can do for length and girth, especially girth though.

Another thing when I DRY jelq its not really dry I like to use the Vaseline I use for wet jelqing when I dry jelq I feel like I get more blood in the penis with good lubrication. With your girth these dry jelqs with definitely help I almost certain. try doing some kegels between strokes too.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
