Golf and pe weights ADS question
I’ve got some questions concerning how to best use golf and/or PE weights as an ADS..
1. Typically, how many weights are used? Right now, I’ve only got one golf weight and if it hangs low on the shaft towards the glans it actually does a decent job of providing some stretch, but I’m assuming one weight is not enough. True?
2. Sometimes my flaccid girth is enough so that the weight stays on, but othertimes it is apparently smaller b/c the weight slides off. So.what do you do to keep the weights on? I’m assuming it involves some kind of wrap, but I don’t know how. Can someone provide an explanation, or better yet, a picture depicting someone using golf weights WITH a wrap?
3. Are golf/pe weights the most common and best form of ADS?
