Going Too Far

I started out here coming up on 6 years ago. I already had some good size at 7” 1/2 BPEL and 4.8 EG. There were two reasons I joined. One, I had measured myself at just above 8” BPEL in the past and kept getting different measurements for girth. It seemed to average out at 4” 3/4 EG. I wanted to see if I could keep a solid 8” X 5” measurement or maybe greater.

The second reason was after being with my wife for a few years I discovered that she had an inverted cervix. This causes the vagina to curve in a strange way. With a lot of women I’d been able to bottom out by hitting the cervix. Some women find this painful, some pleasurable. I had done with my wife ocassionally with some difficulty. With most women it was easy with deep penetration. I saw this as a challenge and thought I might need some beefing up to satisfy her ( or myself ).

So I joined here and started slowly. Mainly jelqing, some hanging, pumping and trying various other exercises. The first thing I noticed was a much harder, firmer erection. After a few months I decided to measure any progress and it was great. I was now consistently over 8” NBPEL and was right around the 5 inch mark EG. Now cementing gains is something I’d known was important after the first year, so I kept on. In the second year I continued 3x a week. I didn’t notice much more progress. At the end of year two I noticed the gains were astill there and I’d been able to add a slight bit more. I was 8.4 BPEL and 5.1 EG. This was great, so I continued.

Year three I noticed no gains. Year four no gains. I thought is that it? I pressed on anyway. Year four I was not doing it as much. In fact hardly at all. So at the end of 2015 I started vigorously attacking this. Jelqing without warming up and getting a bit too violent with it. I was strapping to my leg as well and one day I was working out and felt painful shocks in my penis doing lunges and squats. Rather than take the strapping off I ignored it. That night and the next day I felt very sharp pains that were also achy along the shaft. I thought I should now back off. I did and the pains continued periodically. About a week later I awoke with a very strange feeling erection. It felt tight and slightly painful. I saw two small indents on my shaft on either side.one near the base on the left and one midway on the right. This was not good. I knew there was some damage here.

Erections continued to be painful and tight. My penis also seemed to be twisting slightly when erect. This was the beginning of peyronies. Now, I went all over gathering medical research which is my forte and saw there was some hope. Especially when attempting to repair scar tissue which normally won’t heal the same way. The scaffolding has been changed. However there were a few things that could be done if done quickly. After 6 months my penis began to pull to the left.If I’d done nothing, im sure the scar tissue would have increased and I would have a severe bend and some length or girth loss.

I continued with pumping, light jelqing, hanging and used a penile stretching device that I wore only when not bodily exercising. I began taking acetyl L-Carnitine, vitamin e with tocotrienol, serrapeptase, reseveratrol, quercetin, probiotics, curcumin, choline amd betaine. Added to this I bought and used a security infrared light at 940nm to heal and regenerate the cells in the hope penetrating the skin deeper than 1 inch and stimulating the creation of a better collagen matrix.

After 14 months of this, I have noticed:
The indentations are gone.
The bend has corrected itself.
Slight length loss. ( 8.1 )
A slight hourglassing with the penis thickening 2/3 of the way up and being slightly thinner at base. ( 5.2 at mid, 5.0 at base ).
Penis has slight upward tilt where it used to be at a complete right angle to body when erect.
At the point penis is tighter/slimmer at base when looking down from my angle, from side, when looking in mirror, angle base is thicker and wider.
All of the last remaining damage is decreasing slowly and penis seems to be improving overall.

Now, someone might put this is the category of injuries but this post covers a wide spectrum from 5 1/2 years beginning to now. Im also curious whether some of the things that I’ve done wouldn’t help others to either gain more and avoid potential injury or even repair injuries.

The infrared I’ve seen has been mentioned on here and used by a few. I’ve been following a lot of the work by Prof. Michael Hamblin out of Harvard. There are certain frequencies that seem to have better effect than others and time duration seems to be another factor. 10 - 20 minutes min/max. 870nm - 1100nm ranges being best.

It seems the best way to do things is to keep stretching the tissue while treading that fine line of not overdoing it. Small tears in the fiber without huge amounts of fibroblasts of coĺlagen getting involved. Use of certain drugs or herbs that reduce fibrin can also help if bleeding is not a problem. Balancing out with vitamin K to allow normal clotting cascade. Omega 3, curcumin, gingerol, resveratrol, rhodiola, cat’s claw, berberine, serrapeptase, low-dose aspirin. Anything that keeps clotting to a minimum without overdoing it.

Anyway, this is all useful and touches on many of the ideas and themes that have been gathered here on this great site over the years. I’m glad to have been able to use it and blame no one but myself for not following procedures accurately. We all get impatient sometimes and thats when we lose control. Hopefully with persistence and knowledge we can find a way to come back.

The first thing I think of is you could have came here and just bashed PE. Blamed it for your injuries and tried to discourage anyone from attempting it. Instead you created this post to help others out, knowing full well your injuries were the result of your own negligence. Good for you!

The valuable tips you presented will be something PEers can use in case they too experience such injuries. Thanks so much for this and I wish you a full recovery.

Thanks, added this to my favorites. I’ve been already taking half of the herbs you posted but using hot water to help healing back when I had problems. I still take some of the supplements though, they make me feel great. I thought of writing a similar thread to this one. What you wrote about the infra-red light makes me want to pick it up. A lot of people here use it.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I just thought after all these years it was time to come clean. If it helps someone else all the better. To me, It’s a moral obligation once you’ve received any help at all and I’ve received plenty on here.

I’m going to try a BIB Hanger to see if I can get the scar tissue to stretch along the base better. I’m looking for a thicker base. I’ve always had a slightly thinner base that measured 4 5/8”, 7 years ago, and it would get to approx 4 7/8” near the middle to the head. Now it’s 4 7/8” at base but 5 2/8” near the middle to the head. It’s a gradual increase towards the head and not really noticeable but it’s there. It’s referred to as a baseball bat. It’s actually not terrible , it’s just a slightly different penis. My wife barely noticed but when I mentioned the difference in shape she said “Yeah, I THOUGHT something was different”. Which means she wasn’t sure but anyway, there it is.

Also I wanted to mention if anyone tries those supplements I mentioned, DO NOT take all of them at the same time. That’s not a good idea long term. You don’t want to thin out your blood and blood vessels too much. I would go with a few only. I mean I’ve heard that taking omega 3 and aspirin together on a daily basis isn’t a good idea. It depends though. Same with resveratrol and omega 3. Just use some sense especially if you’re on meds of some kind. I don’t like giving out advice on supplements as there are too many variables and some people that will take anything out of desperation. Don’t do that. Some herbs can affect the p450 enzymatic pathway and prevent you from metabolizing some medications. Kind of like how grapefruit juice does. Just don’t overdo anything really. A few herbs here and there are fine. Hell so is grapefruit juice, just not like a gallon everyday. Moderation is key. By the way did you know that coffee strengthens the effect of aspirin by like 50%? Just thought I’d put that out there.

So as far as the LED infrared I’m still doing it. Not noticing significant changes but, in this case, ‘No Gnus is good Gnus’. It’s not worse and it got a bit better. So going slow is fine with me. Some hanging combined with light jelqing and IR is fine for now.

If anyone has any advice on the BIB hanger Please offer any info.

You find all of these at one cream?

You used all of these for 14 months? Were you had purple black dots?

@More Girth - I didn’t take all of these things together, it’s a list for whatever you can find if you choose to. I also did not use them every day, I used them sparingly. Omega 3 I use almost everyday and resveratrol every second day. That’s about it. I substituted with some of the others on occasion.

Aspirin will rot your gut out pretty bad with continual use. I’ve heard that vitamin C can help mitigate that but I still wouldn’t use it more than 2x a week if at all. It seems to have it’s anti-platelet effect last for 3 days or more.

@Deepwrath31 - Absolutely right.
Things are better. Pain has subsided with only rare, occasional twinge. Erections have improved in shape but will probably never get back original shape 100%. Erections are good but were never a real problem, save for the slight tilting which has improved 70%. it’s very strange to look down and see a narrowing at the base and then look in the mirror standing sideways and see it thicker at the base. No one would really notice but I notice it and it’s disturbing to have that happen to your penis. Doesn’t look like things will get worse, most likely just better, and thanks.

Also someone asked about infrared bulbs. If the bulb is a red incandescent bulb like you’d find in a pet store, ( reptile heaters ) that is only good for warming skin to soften tissue but you could burn yourself. I wouldn’t use it. Even reptiles control how close and how much they want and their skin is thick and tough. Seems to create too much concentration on the outer tissue in humans and will burn it if too close. You’re not looking for intense heat like frying a sausage. Infrared seems much safer and diffuses into the deeper layers more evenly. It just feels slightly warm on tissue.

The last two sentences in previous post - “Infrared seems much safer and diffuses into the deeper layers more evenly. It just feels slightly warm on tissue” should read as “Infrared LED’s seem much safer and diffuse into the deeper layers more evenly. It just feels slightly warm on tissue”. It’s the LED part that’s important for IR ( infrared ). Then the nm ( nanometer ) being in 850-1100 range. ( I was watching Spongebob with my son and got distracted! ).

Nice post and thanks for sharing. I think it’s hard for most of us to admit when we do something that damages our penis. We feel ashamed and do not want to admit we messed up.

So thanks for stepping out of your comfort zone — I know it was not easy — and letting us know it really is possible to do some damage if we are not careful with our exercises.

@thoughtfulgold - My last post was referring to the LED light therapy which I’d just posted prior. The thread turned into question and answer about conditioning/warming penis structure and possible repairing of tissue damage based on photobiomodulation research. I got some PM’s about it and thought I’d elaborate. Turns out there’s a lot more to know and some much more specific methods to using it right. For instance between 10 - 40Hz seems to be the ‘magic’ frequency for cell response. Also 25mw of light per square cm with light frequencies in the spectrum of between 800nm and 1100nm near-infrared. I think anyone trying this or testing it for tissue repair/remodelling effects should know this info first to do it right or they get no response or very little. It’s a fairly narrow window that’s being slowly uncovered. Some people have hit it by accident and recently researchers found the shrinking of amyloid plaque in dementia with white light pulsed at 40HZ.

I gave a link to probably the leading expert on photobiomodulation, Prof. Michael Hamblin of Harvard medical school.
