I’m still a bit of a lurker here. I don’t see much point in keeping a log because my routine is pretty boring. Every second day I pump for 10 minutes. After I pump I jerk off. That’s it.

I’ve been doing that since I joined the forum again (that’s when I returned PE).

Consistency seems to have paid off. I’m not one for brutalizing my dick so I think my routine it pretty tame and I’m sure some would think ‘not enough’. If progress continues I the way it has been I will hit my girth goal in about 3 months.

I feel that I’m just about where I want to be. But then I guess we will see won’t we?

Slow and easy can get you there. All you have to is commit to a healthy sustainable routine.

As long as you keep your pressure in the 3 to 5”hg range, you really should start increasing your pump time to 20 minutes and then 30 minutes to optimize your efforts. When you get to 30 minutes you will see a huge difference in your girth which should motivate you even more.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I saw the title of this post and wondered if PE had made it’s way to the Olympics.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Yes they already have the Clean and Jerk, why not PE. As for upping the pump time, my dick doesn’t like that. It gets red spots. To be honest I don’t lack any motivation with PE, things are going really well.
