Going back to just newbie routine

i have been doing A LOT of reading on this site about so many different methods and opinions. Finally I decided to try for myself. I tried using a traction device on my off days from jelqing to see how it felt. Only two days after did I decide to stop using the traction device and just continue with the jelqing. My unit wasn’t feeling as heavy and full, nor was I hanging as I did before the implementation of the traction device. My reasoning for using the traction device was as a means of keeping a constant strain on the lig, but I just don’t like the way my unit responded, or didn’t respond, after the use of this device.

I did the same thing. Paying attention to PI’s is definitely something ingrained in me now. I’m just sorry I had to learn it the hard way.

I’m glad it only took 2 days for me to realize it.

We do try to tell people all the time here to start with the Newbie Routine and only manual exercises till they stop gaining. But I guess sometimes people just have to find out for themselves.
