Going back isn't as easy as starting

Going back isn't as easy as starting

Ok before I ask my question to thunder’s community I believe that some personal background should b first explain. I started PE’ing about a two years ago for the first time. At first I noticed slight gains at least after a month and prob gained .4-.6inches in length after three months of sticking with my routine (a little modified version of the newbie routine). I never clamp nor hung, and roughly after almost a year of jelqing and doing PE I had gained .75inch in length and some in girth(don’t recall how much). At some point I went off to college after the gains and stopped PE’ing due to privacy constraints, then my girlfriend and I split up and I stopped jelqing for about a year. During this time I didn’t fool around much and never really thought much of my penis size, because I was quite happy thinking I was almost 7”

Recently my new girlfriend and I started having sex, and I noticed that I didn’t please my new girlfriend as much as my previous one. So I started doubting myself a little and decided to measure ounce again. To my surprise I am now 6” in length. I lost all that I previously gained over two years. Now if that wasn’t bad enough for my self esteem somehow we were talking one day and I found out the my girlfriends last two ex’s were both bigger then me(although I don’t know there rough estimates since I didn’t bother asking; honestly as curious as I am, I rather not know). So that all sucks kinda sucks to say the least.

Now I decided to pick up PE’ing ounce more and hopefully regain what I have lost, and this time I will definitely continue on with light exercises to better cement and keep my gains. Only problem being is that after a full month of PE I haven’t gained anything. I haven’t noticed any difference in feel or improved EQ either. I’m a little down from the measurements since comparing to when I first started I had noticeable gains by now. My question to all of you here at Thunders is

1. Is it harder to re-gain length or girth after loosing previous gains?
2. Would taking a year long break from PE effect how and how much I can gain?
3. Any suggestions on routines/exercises that you believe might help me improve my gains? —-And yes I do realize that it’s only been a month so far and I do plan on continuing PE, but I just find it rather odd that I got nothing from all the PE I’ve done so far
4. Lastly if anyone has had a similar experience I would appreciate hearing about your loss of gains, and if you were able to re-gain any measurements

Hey buddy.

All the answers you seek are in the search function.

Not trying to be a dick, but you probably wont get a lot of responses from vets on a post like this because there are like ten thousand threads about this exact topic.

Most find that regaining lost size is easy. I’m not sure how the year long break would affect things though. You may just need to intensify your routine.

Instead of overly worrying about what you had, I suggest you make new goals, and move forward. If it was twice as hard, would you do it again? In my case, yes, absolutely. I think you’re just curious, as I was when I first came back after a break that was far too long. I don’t mind trying to help you out.

1. Is it harder to re-gain length or girth after loosing previous gains?
I’m going through it now, i can’t honestly say for sure. very roughly, it seems about the same. Maybe slightly less gains. Too soon to say for sure. Most veterans think it’s relatively easy to regain what you’ve lost. I agree with that.

2. Would taking a year long break from PE effect how and how much I can gain?
That’s like a long decon break. You should come back very slowly, or perhaps even better do the newbie routine again for a while. Maybe you will get some ‘newbie’ gains again. I seem to be gaining fast, but once again, it’s too early to be sure. Things are a little different this time around.

3. Any suggestions on routines/exercises that you believe might help me improve my gains? —-And yes I do realize that it's only been a month so far and I do plan on continuing PE, but I just find it rather odd that I got nothing from all the PE I've done so far
Just restart with the newbie routine. Once you’re conditioned, I guess you can do as you please. I suggest length first, girth second.

4. Lastly if anyone has had a similar experience I would appreciate hearing about your loss of gains, and if you were able to re-gain any measurements
I lost .75" I have regained .4" so far. I think it will be no problem getting it all back in due time.
