Glans, upper shaft growth

Where have you seen the most growth in your head and upper shaft? From what exercises ?

I believe the upper shaft and head benefit with growth slowly pushing blood from the base upward with a semi erection so that the head fills like a balloon.

FWIW, my experience has been that the upper CCs are harder to target, and therefore harder to achieve growth in, than the CS…Uli’s have demonstrated themselves to be very effective for achieving glans (i.e. the terminus of the CS) growth.

I won’t be working on all around girth too much until I’m happy with my length and start pumping.. but its good to be informed and have a plan.
