Hi buddies!

I´ve read everything about discoloration here before posting but I haven´t found anything related to what is happening to me.

All topics about discoloration describe the problem on the shaft.

But what is happening to me is a problem ON THE GLANS.

I did PE 6 months ago for 3 months and re-started 1 1/2 month ago. I do mostly stretching and sometimes some jelqing.

After the second week, some stains appeared on the frontal/downside of my glans and around the urethra. They are “greyish brown” and pale. I don´t feel any pain or discomfort.

I´m wondering if it is an effect of too much stretching. Maybe too much pressure on the glans during the exercises?? I do JAI, V, Inverted V and the “normal” stretches, 6 days a week splitted in 45 min. Morning/45 min. Evening. Always with warm-up.

Are you experiencing puffiness - are they puffy, grey and disappear? Because that would sound like lymph buildup from to heavy pressure (from pulling too long). But if they are pale, greyish brown and normal skin / permanent then I don’t know.

The skin is normal and the stains are permanent (I stopped for 2 weeks and they´re still there, exactly the same way). There is just a little, almost none, puffiness. My glans used to be pink.. Now it is quite stained on the front/downside. :-/

I went to the doctor and he told me not to worry about it.

My concern is: Am I causing tissue death?

I prefer to have an alive 6.8” then a dead 8” cock! ;-)


Have you been doing anything besides manual streching?

I’ve gotten some nasty blisters from vacuum hanging.

We have the technology! We can make it bigger, stronger...

No, I just do stretches, intense stretches in every directions and 10 minutes jelq at the end of the session. I notice that after the Inverted V-Stretch, those stains seem to be worst.

I´m afraid.

Maybe you are over working it. 45 minutes in the morning, 45 minutes in the night, and from what I have read a lot of V-stretches. Try resting for a bit :P
