Glans pain hours after training.
Backstory: I was on a light routine for about 2 months and overtrained, so I took a few weeks off. First session back was very light, 20sec stretches each direction, then 20 jelqs.
About 4 hours after I had a sharp pain in the glans/corona that lasted about 1 second and happened about 4 times. That was last night, this morning I had strong morning wood and no further pain. Should I rest for a bit or keep training?
