Hi, I’ve been pe’ing for a month or so, and used to never really stretch. Now that I started stretching, the top of my glans on the very edge (where my hand would make contact with it) is very sensitive and hurts when I try to grip and stretch. Do I just need to get used to it or what? I am not circumcized so getting a good grip further beneath the glans is impossible because all that happens is the foreskin rolls up.

Very sensitive and hurts is not something that you need to get used to with PE. Proper PE should not be painful; it should feel similar to a good workout of any kind whether that’s lifting weights, jogging, etc. If you had very sensitive feet that hurt while running, you would probably try a different pair of shoes or where you ran, etc. You can try changing your grip and possibly use a soft piece of cloth where your hand hits the glans. I am circumsized so I can’t offer any suggestion about the skin rolling up other than to maybe pull the entire foreskin towards your body before getting your grip and then try to grip the sides of the penis as tight as is comfortable to really get a hold of the inner tissues.
