Glans Have Gotten Deformed Over The Years?

Hello, I am looking at pictures of my penis from when I first started PE seriously ( I did it before these pictures too) and I have noticed my glans have gotten pretty deformed? It seems like back then my glans was really well rounded and even all around, and the skin looked healthier. Now a days, my glans is deformed, the rim used to be even all the way around, now it kind of is bigger or higher up in certain areas, giving it an uneven look, especially where I tug at for stretches up top on of my glans. My skin on my glans seems to be really wrinkled and kinda scaly looking.. The pictures I’m talking about you could already start to see a slight crease on my glans forming, once again most likely from stretches. I’m getting insecure about this all of a sudden, is there anything I can do?

You mentioned 4 months of a manual routine in an earlier post but no details. What have you actually been doing?

Bit of a tangent, but where do you keep your cock pics? I can’t think of a place in the world where I feel safe keeping those around. I usually take them and delete them later. Maybe I could just post them on a completely anonymous blog with privacy settings?

I’ve basically just been doing basic stretches, jelqs and ulis. Like I said, I think it might be from the stretching, because it seems like I have a crease on my penis head on top, literally where when I stretch it seems to kinda fold from the stretch.

Well back then I had an android phone, I just always had a phone with a password lock on it. Once I bought an Iphone, I have the password lock, and on top of that have an app to hide pictures in it, so I transferred all my pics from my old phone there and put my progress pictures in there. Me personally, I don’t think I’ll ever post my pics anywhere online, I don’t feel comfortable knowing my pictures are floating around the internet, which always leaves paper trails and anything posted online will never be totally deleted, regardless if you delete it since that very paper trail will always exist.

So, when you stretch do you wrap your glans? If not it’s a good plan. Even a small length of toilet paper can produce a grip that doesn’t slip and a strip of t-shirt material can bind the glans while you stretch. You always need to make sure your grip is behind the glans.

If you are already doing all this, then consider taking some days off to see if your glans recover.

Ulis will tend to increase the size of the glans but I guess that’s obvious.

What you mean slip? I’m circumcised but I have extra skin so when I stretch and pull the foreskin kinda just rides up on my glans, so like I’m gripping behind my head but the rim is being folded up from the stretch if that makes sense. My glans won’t recover, it’s been like this for a few years now since I’ve done PE on and off, but I recently just been over analyzing it.

By slipping, I mean your grip goes forward pretty much as you describe. So maybe internal slipping would have been a better description. Try pulling back any skin and gripping behind the glans on the side of the shaft with enough force to not allow the grip to go forward much when force is applied. Also wrapping really does help with reducing slip. If you wrap a length of material over and behind the glans beyond your grip point, so that it becomes a tight hard area to grip, then there’s little stress on the glans whilst stretching. It can also allow you to feel a little more connected to the inner penis you are trying to apply force to, rather than the skin you are trying to not apply great force to.

You might find that if you change the way you PE other parts of your PE will have more effect on your glans.

This is conjecture of course, it could be that the Ulis have had the biggest effect causing the glans to change shape most along the weakest points. But if PE has done something to you, it’s quite possible that more and different PE could change things for you. Maybe using Horse 440s for girth and wrapping properly for stretching would be enough to make a difference.

I get the over analysing thing. It’s part of PE :)

Ah I see, I never knew about the wrapping thing. And you’re right about the way of PE, because I feel like when I do manual workouts I unintentionally apply more pressure on certain parts of grips, whether jelqs, ulis, or stretches. It’s hard to try to keep perfect form, especially ulis. I try my best to keep proper form, as I have realized my penis seems to look thick in some sides, but thin on other sides. I tried bathmate once and although It didn’t do much, it did seem to give my penis a more fuller look, head as well.

I believe my CC’s are not developed (Not too savvy with Penis Anatomy, so correct me if I’m wrong.) as on the bottom of my penis, in the middle all the way down, which I think is the CS, seems to be developed, but the sides of my penis look scrawny compared to it. My Glans seem to be the same, the sides of my glans seem dented in then the tip is more full looking.

And yeah, trying to grow your penis sometimes can make you over think silly things XD

I have heard that LLLT low level light therapy can help. I use the LED man red infrared handheld light and it works well for recovery and is great for skin. Do a google search of the led man red infrared light therapy.
