What are the best stretches and workouts for primarily girth. I feel like my girth is lacking compared to length.

My BPEL is about 6.25” and my Erect girth is around 4.5”

I’d like to overall like my BPEL to be 7.5” and my girth to be 5.5” - 5.75”.

Starting Measurements - BPEL 6.50” x EG 5.00”

Goal Measurements - BPEL 8.50" x EG 6.25”

That doesn’t specify what stretches to do, it just says stretch for 5 minutes 30 seconds each stretch.

I’m still on the newbie routine. 2 months in so far. I do 2 stretches straight out, 2 down, 2 up, 2 left, 2 right.

Be sure to use some form of heat when stretching. It helps a lot.

If you look at the Newbie Routine in detail it even has videos of the stretches recommended for beginners.
