What can I do to enlarge my girth?

Who made here big gain in girth and what is the exercise?

I know clamping and Ulis but there’s any Oder good exercise that works on people here?

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Is this a broken record asking? You might want to try doing some PE instead of posting repeat questions like this.

Mind over matter. All of life is transitional.

Like already stated here. You need to do the newbie routine for three months first. You try and rush ahead and you may end up with a permanently limp dick.

Abarbotel, I agree with the other posters, you have a lot of threads asking the same questions over and over again, are you actually taking the advice and training?

Hey guys if some of you read my older post you can’t see that I finish the newbie routine with no gains

And that the girth was my big problem (length too but for length I try now an extender)

I know about clamping but I read that he make the penis black and it only temporary so I ask you for another exercise that work for you!

Clamping may give some discoloration and that’s temporary; the gains are not. Few will continue to respond if you turn a deaf ear to the advice you request.

My girth is only 4.5

And length is only 5

So I guess that I need from girth and length too

For right now my routine is jelq 5 days and ADS Penimaster every day

From jelq I didn’t get anything

Hope to get from the ADS

How long its take to you guys to make gains from clamp?

I made girth gains from the classic newbie routine, followed by gains from a routine based on Ulis and Squeezes. Make sure you go easy at first


Start: 17 Feb 2012, 8.25bpel x 4.92mseg; bpfsl=??; fl=6.5x4.5

Current: 29 April 2013, 8.875bpel x 5.8mseg; bpfsl=9.25; fl=7x5

Goal: 9NBP x 6.25mseg and the best EQ ever!
