Remember, for many of the exercises you need to be flaccid to half hard. You might have to adjust your routine a bit if she helps.


Sometime in 2005: Bpel 5.7, eg 4.3: 7/15/07 bpel=6.1, eg 4.6

Now bpel 6.50, eg 5.30 bpfsl 6.50

Goal bpel 7.0 - 7.5, eg 5.5

I did the search, and a lot things come up some to do this and other say do this, my girth is 4.5 at mid base and at base is almost 5 I would like to be over 5 at mid base. I am doing basic jelqing and jelq and squeezing, any other ideas

I have read that jelqing at the higher erection level (80%) will target girth more.

I am guessing that longer strokes will help as well, like 5-10 seconds.

There are a number of modified jelq manual exercises like Uli’s and Squeezes.
