Hey everyone,

I started PE 3 weeks ago and I’m ultimately aiming for girth, I know I should be starting off on a newbie routine and I have, but is there anyway I could gain girth faster? I don’t expect to see girth increase immediately, but I was wondering if there is any other girth exercises that could be done after the 1st month of a newbie routine outside of strictly jelqing. Thanks y’all =]

Sure you CAN do extreme exercises, but your dick will hate you for it and stop working temporarily until you wise up and finish the conditioning fazes :) .

I totally agree. You first have to condition your dick. It may seem a little boring, but it is necessary. What you can do, if you work for girth, is slowly increasing your level of erection day after day. But stop if you feel ANY pain. Jelqing at high levels of erection needs a really well conditioned dick. Be warned, and listen to your dick.

This is how I thought of the newbie routine when I started it. A trip to see if it actually works or does anything.. I mean the only loss of my time is the time I would spend masturbating. So I did the routine, saw the results and am still kicking out masturbation time for Jelqing he he.
