I’m new to this, although I heard of the exercises a long time ago. I’m starting at 7.5 nbp in length and about 5.85 eg. I don’t feel like stretching it out lengthwise (or more than a 1/4 of an inch), just increasing girth to about 6 1/4 to 6 1/2. How would I do that? By what I’ve read today it is to do jelqs with a 70% to fully erect member. BTW, I’m not into penis but I saw some of your pics and it looks like it works. Good luck to you guys.

I would imagine that you can omit the stretches and do a hot wrap. Then start jelqing. You should probably jelq about 500 jelqs if you are not a beginner. If you are a beginner, then you should work yourself up to at least 500 jelqs. At this point I would say you should use a ten minute hot wrap (most people suggest five minutes). I use an electronic heating pad on my penis. I am not sure if it is as effective as a normal hot wrap, but I like it. You don’t have to re-heat anything, because the temp is electronically steadied. Alright. So just hot wrap it and jelq? What about clamping? How do I clamp and with what?

Condition your penis during 3 months by doing the newbie routine. Then you can move on to girth exercises like ulis, horses and clamping.
