For the past six months, or even longer, ive been consistently working on girth doing a combination of pumping (3-5 hg pressure) and erect jelqing, and i havent seen
any gains, or very minimal gains. Its very disturbing to me considering how easily length gains came. What am i doing wrong?

Basically its 2on 1 off.

Day 1 5m jelq, 15m pump
Day 2 15m jelq
Day 3 off

rinse and repeat.

I think PE is a journey. What works for one person may not for another. I’m sure you’ve heard that before. So why don’t you try doing some clamping? I may be wrong but I’ve always heard the pumping was mostly for temporary gains. I always do 3 sets of pumping to get my penis stretched out. Then I follow that with 3 sets of clamping. Gains haven’t been amazing, but since last December I’ve made 5/8” gain.


Started: BPEL 6.75" MSEG 4.75", Now: BPEL 7.75" MSEG 5.438", Goal: BPEL 8" MSEG 6"

For many people, the secret to gains is to “tease them out”- less can very often be more. If you go to these intense exercises, perhaps your tunica reacts by thickening, and so a force that would once cause expansion, now causes little to none. Have you tried a decon break?

I’d say you need to up your effort. Girth is harder to achieve and will require a lot more work. Try doing more high-pressure exercises like squeezes, ulis, etc. I had good gains starting my girth journey but starting with fully erect ulis in the shower (carefully; use your legs and waist to add leverage and power) then doing 30 min or so of erect squeeze and holds outside the shower.

So 20 minutes of jelqing per three day cycle and 15 min of pumping once every three days? Doesn’t seem like much to me. I agree about camping and I think you may consider increasing the amount of work you put it. If six months of a light routine didn’t do much for you, then maybe, for you, more is more.

Yeah. I think CLAMPING is quite clearly the solution here. Basically the reason you haven’t seen gains is your routine is way too light, in every way. You’re gonna have to put more time and energy into PE if you want results.

In some cases, double the effort = double the results. And there are people who do 5x more stuff than you, me being one of them :) (except unfortunately I currently have a minor frenulum related injury which is limiting me).

Erect Jelqing isn’t “light”.

You might be exercising the wrong tissue. Pumping is girth work so it exercises the smooth muscle when what you may really need to exercise is the tunica. This in accordance with the TGC theory.

Yeah, i realized i probably had to go harder…but if i pump or do erect jelqs long enough, say 3x10 minute pump sessions at 3-5hg i get the red dots, and im pretty sure thats a bad sign.

It’s a neutral as far as P.I.s go.

Red Dots are normal just work through it and get use to having red dots!!!

You’re not doing enough. Plain and simple. If I were you I would immediately start a 6 day on 1 day off schedule, and keep everything else the same for now until you start making progress.

5on2 off is better. Alot of people report most healing and the gains coming on the 2nd day. But that is when they have a strenuous schedule which this guy doesn’t. I agree about adding days but he needs something to really add girth like clamping.
