GGchase, I agree with a lot of the posters that clamping is a good idea, though you should do it with caution. I did it on a 5 on/2 off, or 6 on/1 off schedule for like 2 or 3 months, for about an hour at a time, and gained about 1/2 an inch during that span. I had to stop for a while because I ended up hurting myself, and lost a 1/4 of an inch during the rest. I thought enough time passed to heal, and I went back on the 5 on/2 off routine, and gained about 1/8 of an inch in 2 weeks, but again, I hurt myself and had to stop. So after another break, I’m back on it with a somewhat less stressful routine. I basically do 300 jelqs on one day. On day two, I pump for about 20 minutes and do 30 minutes of clamping. And I rest on the 3rd day, and I start the whole 3 day routine again. And after about two weeks, I’ve gained about 1/8 of an inch. I’m gonna see how this goes, and hopefully, the less stressful routine will allow me to not injure myself again and do it for a while. I hope this helps.
