Girth vs. Length

Which one of these proportions is best to work on first. I’m not too enthused with either of them. Although I’d really like to increase my girth more than anything, I would really like to know if working on both at the same time promotes more gains or of I should work on one proportion at a time. If I should work on one at a time, which one first? Thanks for any help. I’m sorry of I ask too many questions. I’m just trying to get into the scheme of things.


Starting/current measurements:

8.5 x 5.5 (BPEL x mseg)

Goal: 10 x 6.5 (BPEL x mseg)

Based on your starting measurements I would definitely go for girth with a short term goal of 6.0”. Then you are pretty much at a very commonly thought of ideal size of 8X6, although you have a little more length.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I just looked at your other thread and pics. Aside from working on length and girth, try and work on accepting that your penis is huge! A healthy image of yourself will help you gain and help you get more out of what you already have.

If you do want to increase both, most would suggest length first, then girth, since girth exercises, usually being more intense, can toughen the tissues more so stretching after becomes more difficult.

My experience here has been that it has been suggested to shoot for girth first since

it is harder and takes longer to gain. With your size I would go for girth and you will

surprised that you will see some length gains as well. Take it easy and take it slow.

I also noticed your join date was this month. Do not start the advanced exercises until

you have conditioned yourself using the newbie routine for at least a couple of months,

for if you don’t and do start the advanced exercises, you can forget seeing any gains

for a long time. Do not stress your unit immediately, because any gains will come to

I see no reason why you can't, only reasons for why you haven’t.

I suggested it as something you could think about working on too since we have seen this many times here. Men grow their penis but it never seems big enough to them.

My suggestion is to follow the newbie routine for 3 months so you can see whether you find it easier to gain length (as most do) or girth. Once you know how your penis responds to PE, you will have a far better idea of what direction to take your exercises in.

I prefer to work length and girth together, as length-work stresses the longitudinal tunica and girth-work stresses the circumferential tunica. I think loosening both is synergistic to results, which is why I always say that jelqing should be part of everyones routine, whatever else they are doing.

I know what you mean about going all the way in. I can’t with my current girlfriend. There’s always a bottoming out kind if feeling so ill be used to it lol.
