Girth varies, thinner lying down

Hi all,

I’ve been experimenting with PE for a couple years, though not seriously. This year I committed to being more regular about it, and after one month of newbie routine + advanced girth exercises (Sadsak Slinkys/Slow Squash Jelqs), it appeared I had gained about 0.3 inches in girth -measured on an off-day. However, this morning while lying down my morning wood felt noticeably thinner than before, and when measured it appeared as if I had lost all my “gains.” So a few questions:

1. Are these types of girth fluctuations normal?

2. Does anyone else feel their erections are thinner when lying down (on you back) versus standing up (blood flow issue)?

3. What can be done to combat these types of fluctuations, and increase thickness when lying down? I’m thinking maybe some supplements like l-arginine, and ginseng, would help.

Blood pressure is lower in the lower half of your body laying down. Cock ring should keep the unit nice and hard as it keeps the pressure up. And kegals. Those supplements would probably help too.

Could the girth loss be a “negative PI”? My routines have not been too intense lately, but I have been having more sex than usual.maybe the stress of the sex coupled with the routines is too much for my penis?

I’m pretty sure it’s just blood pressure if it’s not thinner standing up too. If it’s constantly thinner in all positions I would call that a negative PI. Inflow of blood determines the internal pressure of a penis so if you can find things to increase bloodflow to the area should help in the matter.

But as for use, there isn’t really such a thing as too much sex (for me anyway) but having sex does temporarily decreases sex hormones. Like for the day or half day. Then it boosts them. My penis fluctuates daily in length by .25 inches and in girth by .2 inches. I get my measurements by averaging them over several days.

I see a reduction in girth after a girth intensive exercise set. I theorise this is due to smooth muscle trauma and a subsequent restriction to full engorgement.
