Girth tips
Hi everyone,i’m Nuyte and i’m italian.
I’ve been doing PE just for 3 months following the Newbie routine exercise.
My routine is:
-7 min hot wrap;
-5 min streching ( i use to do 5 rip of 1 min each,at start i did 10 rip of 30 seconds);
-125 wet jelqs of 4 secs at 60-80% erection (starting with 80);
-60 kegels of 6 secs (at once after the last jelq to trap the blood in) trying to keep the erection (used only in the last 2 weeks,maybe).
The EQ is pretty good,sometimes too much(like when you are in public and boom,that happens often to me).
The post-PE flaccid state is really good for like 15 minutes,specially in the past weeks,probably for kegels after the jelqs.
I gained 1.6 cm in lenght (0.63”) and 0.3 cm in girth (0.12”).
I had the girth gains only in the first months,nothing in the past two month.I started PE just for that,i don’t care about lenght because if the penis is longer it appear more slim.
My penis size:
- before PE: 17.2 cm (BPEL) 11.7 cm (MEG)
- now: 18.8 cm (BPEL) 12 cm, but not always (MEG)
I wanna change my routine focusing on girth,it doesn’t matter if i’m gonna loose something in lenght,just wanna try to make my penis bigger.
Can you suggest me a variation of my routine changing intensity or new exercise to use? (Only manual exercise)
I was thinking about dry jelq,for example.
