Girth theory question

Girth theory question

I’ve been wondering for some time about this. When you squeeze, uli, clamp, etc. You are applying a lot of pressure and contracting veins in your penis if I’m not mistaken. This results in increased pressure along the shaft or the zone between the pressure points, allowing blood to expand your penis. Recovery, “cellular” healing would then cement this.

But the fact that your are constantly applying pressure on some places or veins kinda bothers me. In my mind, this would diminish the amount of blood you’d eventually get in your penis, making the veins too tight in the place you press, and impair your EQ ? Maybe I’m totally wrong and it never happens in practice, or you are not expanding the veins only.
If somebody that does manual girth work, or clamping can confirm he has a 110% EQ rock hard pole I’d be delighted (as I’m broke right now and wanted to go the manual route again). I’ve read a few threads where people claim to have EQ benefit from girth work (and some the opposite).

Pumping seemed to do the oposite thing by expanding your penis in an outward fashion. I’ve talked with quite some vets pumpers here and some have experienced 2” of girth gains while carrying metal hard level of erection.

What’s your opinion on this ?

It’s not specifically veins, as I understand it. It’s impacting the tunica in general — this is why there’s been a shift in impacting the CC over the CS, as this is considered more productive towards girth. That’s as much as I can chime in for now.

A kind of a naive answer

Hi Tosma

That is an excellent question and I try to answer it with some basic ideas I have. I hope more expert folks in here may join the discussion and correct me.

Girth work is always focused on the tunica. You can try to build pressure from the inside (clamping etc) or from the outside (pumping).

Pressure from the inside should, if I remember hydrodynamics, be easier to build. Blood flows from the arteries into the CC and CS, you mechanically block the veins and then apply pressure to other parts of CC and CS. Result: pressure rises from the inside and expands the tunica, creating micro-fissures which then heal in an elongated state. It’s risky, yes, veins may pop, CC or CS may pop too. That’s why it’s considered to be an advanced technique requiring a lot of PE knowledge about your very individual dick. But if you get positive results, they should be on the rather permanent side.

Pumping is a bit different. The penis is not like a simple garden hose where there is only one tubular layer to work on. The tunica is the inner tube, CC and CS again have tubular walls and the skin being the outer tube. The pressure is built through vacuum on the outer tube only. Now what happens? Naturally the inner tube can and will expand. The penis gets bigger indeed, but the tunica is not as much affected, and the CC and CS tubular surfaces even less, it’s maainky affectung the skin being the outer tube. But as well you may have some lymphatic fluid that can flow between tunica and skin ior between CC/CS and the tunica. Simply speaking you will have “water” between the variois inner tubes and the outer tube. Finding the equilibrium between vacuum intensity, duration and frequency in order to avoid this is not trivial. And again, injuries can happen too because again veins and even CC and CS may start to leak. For this reasons, again, pumping is considered as advanced technique. And as far as I understand it, transforming the short term expansion from pumping sessions into sustainable gains is not a trivial thing unless you wear a lifetime cockring. But that would be clamping again…

If you would ask me which of the two I would prefer my sincere answer is “some very light pumping alternating with some serious manual girth exercises”. I think, as far as I can understand penis anatomy, that the natural construction can handle heavy inside pressure a wee bit better than vacuum from the outside. The penis is naturally built to resist quite some stress from wrong angles, tight orifices, overgreedy masturbation etc etc which is all taken by the clever construction of blood filled containers and the stable tunica. Vacuum was not that much planned by evolution I guess, but the ease and quickness if expansion is always tempting. Pumping seems to be easy but it’s not, manual girth work seems to be risky and complicated and, yes!, it is.

I hope you can get something useful out of this.

Happy gaining!

Thank you DarkEngine, and thank you Richard for this extremely interesting answer.

Your worries are misplaced, the style of injury to the blood carrying tissue that concerns you simply cannot happen in the way you are thinking. The penis will thicken and lengthen as it takes in more blood; or its potential to engorge, engorgement is based upon the erectile circuitry. This is made-up from the receptacle (penis), erectile pump, and blood carrying tissue.

We all have weak erectile pressure; or the resistance of the receptacle retards engorgement; blood inlets shutoff prematurely minimizing expansion and the size of the erection. Some people are genetically gifted with large receptacles, and have little concern for erectile pressure problems since their penis’ are naturally large. The rest of us have to condition the penis to accept more blood.

We have a flowmetric system where we need to increase flow rates of the blood in the system. We cannot improve the horsepower of the pump, so we must work on the pipes. If we expand the diameter of the pipes we can effect flow; which in turn, will have an elevating effect on pressure thereby giving us a larger erection (3 to 5 times larger on a volumetric scale - it’s quite dramatic.)

Usually you can see your unrealized potential; simply squeezing the uncondition penis will cause it to balloon larger than you can achieve in your full erected state; this is the size potential lost due to weak erectile pressure. When you jelk and squeeze the penis it will respond very favorably to the exercise, so don’t sweat the rigorous manipulation, it will handle great stress as long as you do not exceed its catastrophic thresholds. So, don’t drop a brick on it, or turn it into a pretzel, and you will be fine.

If you kink a hose it build up pressure and even if you keep it kinked for “X” amount of time once it’s unkinked it returns to normal. Do this a million times and it might wear out the hose, but your body unlike a hose, has the ability to repair itself which also includes arteries, capillaries, or veins damaged during exercise
