Hello. I want to hear from all the guys who made big gains in girth. I think that girth is more hard to gain so please share your routine your gain and your stat (:

Clamping.. And getting as many erections in the day as you can seemed help it.. Clamping really worked for me :)

Pumping two hours per day, everyday.


09/02/12: BPEL 16,5 - MSEG 13,5

04/02/15: BPEL 19,5 - MSEG 15.5

Pumping - two twenty minute sessions at 5 hg per day plus one 45 minute session at 4 hg per week.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Manual girth work

How about gains merely from manual PE work? Jelqing etc? Any “big” gainers who didn’t end up resorting to devices?


STARTING STATS - 02/02/2015: BPEL 7.6 --- MEG 5.25 --- 5.25" with semi erection; but 5.16 MEG with 100% boner; BEG 5.47

CURRENT - 13/03/2015: I had to check a few times, but I'm pretty sure I got a genuine BPEL 7.8!! Will check girth again in a couple of weeks

GOAL: BPEL 8.50 --- MEG 5.5 --- BRING IT ON! (I've revised my goals for the time being; maybe I was being too ambitious too early on)

So the most use pumping for girth. Any more friend? Try to collect many routine and to see what is the most effective for girth. No- pain really nice girth. Your gain in girth feel hard or lump?

Thanks, the secret is long time at low pressure (-5/-6 hg) or dynamic pumping always for long time (two sets1 hour per set).Sorry for my bad english but I don’t understand what is feel lump, in other words?

Clamping and pumping. As far as routine, I believe that everyone needs to develop their own, based on what works for them. There is no one-size-fits-all with PE.

I got 1/4” girth in 1-2 months from the newbie routine (Jelq and stretch) and then got another 1/4” from 1-2 months of clamping..


2008 Starting size: 5.25 BPEL, 5.5 girth, vol. 12.7

2009 Plateau reached 6.5 BPEL, 6.0 girth, vol. 18.6

2012 Resumed PE 6.7 BPEL, 6.0 girth, Vol=19.2 Goal: it's all about the volume: Vol. > 20

Lump its like swell. I ask if the girth feel hard or not because after pumping the feeling of the girth is just temporary.

Everybody here feel the gain hard or like swelling?
