Hey guys Iv been jelqing and stretching for a bit over 3 months now and I have made decent gains in length and some gains in girth. However I stopped making girth gains so I started doing a little bit of clamping which seemed to work for the first week or 2 but also stop producing results for girth.
My question is whether I should focus more on clamping now that I am pretty happy with my length? I usually only do about 1-2 sets of 2-4 minutes but could bump it up to 3 sets etc.
Any suggestions are appreciated
