Hey guys Iv been jelqing and stretching for a bit over 3 months now and I have made decent gains in length and some gains in girth. However I stopped making girth gains so I started doing a little bit of clamping which seemed to work for the first week or 2 but also stop producing results for girth.

My question is whether I should focus more on clamping now that I am pretty happy with my length? I usually only do about 1-2 sets of 2-4 minutes but could bump it up to 3 sets etc.

Any suggestions are appreciated

Goal : Length 7.5 Girth 6.2

You could try taking a decon break if you’ve been going at it really hard (pun intended).

A. 3 months isn’t really a very long time to decide that what you’re not doing isn’t worthwhile.

B. 1 or 2 weeks is a very very short time to try something and decide it isn’t working. PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

C. Give us some stats so we can maybe give some opinions on whether you should work on length or girth or both

Heres my stats in cm:

Start - Length 14cm; Girth 11-12cm (measurement imprecise because wasn’t so committed earl on).

Now (approx 3months) - Length 16cm; Girth 12cm

Yea cldp7 those are good points. I have a more general question that might help me in knowing whether I’m improving or not - After exercises (jelqing and / or clamping) how long should the member appear smaller? I have had more intense workouts where it remains smaller for about 24 hours and I have had less intense ones where it loses a little size immediately and then gets a to a more hangy state within a few hours. I am wondering which is going to achieve better results with adequate rest?


Guys here, especially noobs tend to stack new exercises on an already intense routine. Instead of looking for some shiny and new girth routine why not change up your old one with a few techniques. Switch your jelqs and stretches, maybe perform your first 50 jelqs slow them the next 50 medium pawed and the final fast, or hold the pressure just slightly longer-thats what I do, even something simple as dropping streches all together and just doing pumping and jelqs will give the results you’re looking for.

Yea I am regularly reworking my routine in terms of type of jelqing and adding clamping to it was an attempt to keep progress up and it appeared to work. I’m going to try less volume of exercise now to see if I was overworking. Might drop stretching as you said

I kept going with my programme but doing 5-10 min jelq max with 2 sets of 3 or so minute clamping and today (second rest day after 2 days in a row) I have an extra cm in both lenght and gith for flaccid. Kinda weird I’m wondering if this is me getting back to gains I had before or something.

Oooo shit I dno about the 50 minute comment! In hindsight I injured myself doing that so stupid. Managed to get another injury jelqing.. I’m slowly learning exactly how little I need to do to actually gain :S

Understand this, you CAN NOT BULLY YOUR PENIS INTO GROWING! Gains trickle in little by little and can stagnate while your body struggles to maintain the new size, just like with muscle hypertrophy.In this case you need to get the movements and pressure down before you move onto advanced methods like clamping. Later on you’ll benefit more from slowing down repititions and speeding up time between sets or adding holds under 30 seconds or less. Take your time to pe, eat well, rest, and grow, I promise you that you will see a big difference in a matter of weeks.

5/09/09 currently sat at 5.5bp" bp x 4.25 eg. Long term goal would be 7.5nbp x 6 eg

Injury was a dramatic decline in eq - size and hardness, frequency of erections etc. However I’m still trying to figure out whether I hurt myself or just overtrained + had too much emotional shit to deal with at the time so lost my mojo..

Just now I got a foto from an ex of her naked ass and it got me hard straight away I was stoked! Maybe I’m ultra bored of porn or something because that kind of authentic erection I havnt gotten from videos in a while

I’m gna chill with pe until my morning wood feels like it’s back to normal then start doing super light routines because I really think the traditional “newbie” routine = overworking for most. I’m not total newbie now but I think I will benefit heaps from doing lighter jelqing (lower erection levels) and having more rest days
