Girth sacrificed for Length
Hello, this is obviously my first post on here, I’ve read as much as I can before asking this question but:
If I’m doing PE, will it sacrifice my girth for length?
Right now I’m 6” girth which I’m really happy with. I’d like to get my length up to around 7.5”BP or 7.75”BP from 6.75” BP length.
Before doing any PE, can any you recommend exercises that reflect this?
