Hi, I’ve recently started to take this seriously and want to become a good part of this community

I was wondering if you guys could recommend a good girth routine that I could incorporate into my current newbie routine (with 20 mins of jelq)

Also, what’s the consensus on moving on to advanced routines from newbie routine? I see that clemski does it by mixing up the different type of jelqs (I think it’s a very good idea employing the technique of keeping your muscular tissue unadapted)

Are there any other good techniques out there?

Actually, the newbie routine alone could be even too much for many men, that’s why the linear routine was written. ‘More is more’ isn’t going to work for most of people, when PE is concerned.

So are you suggesting that I stick with the newbie routine until I stop gaining? (I haven’t measured yet since I only started this routine ~1 week ago)

But there are currently no girth routine in the newbie routine, and I would just like to incorporate an exercise in there for girth, got any suggestions? What works best for you for girth gains/

Jelq says you nothing?

Why fix something if it isn’t broke? With PE it is important to follow ones PI’s and only change up when you reach a plateau. If you are still seeing gains then stay with what is working until your body attenuates, then change things up a bit to spark a new growth period.

Constant changes can potentially bring little success, frustration and a multitude of plateaus. It often takes time to gauge the effects of a new exercise. If you incorporate too much too soon, then it becomes a huge guessing game as to what is doing what!

I know how you feel man, the newbie routine just sounds like it’s too light to work. It’s not. Some people get gains for months on the newbie routine a lone. Some guys have built monsters out of only jelqing and stretching. It’s all about how your dick reacts to exercises. I did 3 months of newbie routine to get the gains in my sig. I finally added O-bends after that, but I’m still not sure if my gains were from those or the jelqing. People underestimate manual exercises because they see guys with hanging contraptions, pumps, clamps,etc and everyone assumes you need something besides yourself to make any headway. The newbie routine works, and besides that it has many benefits, conditioning being the most important. I tried something light, O bends, after only 4 weeks being back on PE (after sabbatical) and I got negative PIs after only a few days. Pumping and manual girth work are far more intense than O bends, so I would definitely stay away for a few months.

I know it’s hard to start with something that seems simple, but you may be surprised at the headway you make. I gained more in length than girth from the newbie routine, but you may be the opposite. And just because I gained more length, it doesn’t mean I didn’t gain girth.

Even though I have a really low post count, I’ve been doing PE off and on for a while, so I guess my body may be used to the newbie routine faster than most, so I am doing research for what to change when I feel like I’m plateauing and I’ll be prepared for change ups,

I know the penile tissue isn’t skeletal muscle, but the human body is amazing at adapting to almost anything

Today, I Incorporated a few of those exercises where you clamp the unit at the base and wait until the erection is away and just bend engorged unit for my girth gains and possibly help correct a slight curve

I also feel like I’m not doing my jelqs very well, so I am building my own power jelq, (no one in this city sells jar lifters for some reason)

Do you guys recommend any more devices? (I pumped for a little bit, but I didn’t really like it that much, but I may incorporate it back into my routine)
