Girth Routine

Hey guys, are there any exercises or stretches I can do to help girth gains? I know all the info on length just haven’t really thought about girth until now. I’m looking for .6-.7 in girth gains, is that a realistic goal? I’m just doing wet jelqs and basic stretches newbie routine for now and looking to get to 8” before I really start girth. Just looking for some good advice on starting for girth and what to expect etc. thank you guys :)

Super lazy and inconsistent :(

Jelqing is great for girth if you jelq at an 80 to 90% erection level. When you jelq at that level, you should feel the blood pressure increase inside the shaft and glans causing your girth to expand with each jelq stroke.

Other girth exercises include pumping and clamping.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Gotcha, I’ve been jelqing at a super low erect level, what’s the average girth gain in general so to speak, like most guys can gain 1” in length what’s the amount for girth?

Hey man, I just want to let you know that 0.1 inches is a big difference in your hands, 0.2 is massive difference in Girth. I do have a similar girth and sometimes my girth is at that point and I can tell, its really big.)

I know - shoot for the stars, but even “small” gains make a difference. I would love to gain even 0.1 in girth. When you get over 5 inches you gonna be bigger than most of guys out there.


GOAL - BPEL anything that comes along with 5.5 EG
