I’m trying to sort out my girth routine. I’ve been dedicated at PE for over 2 years have had pretty good length gains in the first year (almost nothing in the last year) but almost no girth gains, right now I’m at an embarrassing and anxiety causing 4.4 inches.

I’m trying to figure out the best routine for girth gains
Option A: 1 on 2 off
5 min warm up
10 min stretch
10-15 min pump
10 min jelq
5-10 min clamp
10 min stretch
10-15 min pump
10 min jelq
5-10 min clamp
10 min edge

Or

Option B: 5 on 2 off
5 min warm up
10 min stretch
10-15 min pump
10 min jelq
5-10 min clamp
5-10 min edge

I’ve had good success in length with 5 on 2 off gaining about an inch an a half with 30 minutes stretching followed by 30 minutes of jelqing. Also I feel my relaxed on days I do the exercises, less anxiety about my size.

I would do less jelqs at the end, and combine edging and clamping together, creating the dreaded clamped edging.

Have you pumped or clamped before?

Most if not all of my girth gains came from pumping.

I did three 10-15 mins sets, at 5hg or lower. Generally I stayed in the 3hg range.

I came out of tube between sets and stroked myself until I got a full hard on again, then went back in. I wrapped a heating pad around the cylinder. I put on a cock ring after the last set and got an good erection and edged for a good half-hour.

I tried clamping but it destroyed my erections and I won’t do it again. Pumping on the other hand improves my erections.

Of course we are all different so your mileage may vary.

If You’re new to pumping and clamping, I’d start slower. Clamping is a really stressful exercise, I think You should start pumping gradually and then, if You can’t gain in 6 months, You’ll insert clamping into your routine.

Regarding pumping, follow this progressive routine:

Week 1: One 10 minute session per day.

Week 2: One 15 minute session per day.

Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day.

Week 4: Two 15 minute sessions per day.

Week 5: One 20 minutes session, one 10 min session, per day.

Week 6: Two 20 minute sessions per day.

Week 7: Three 20 minute sessions per day.

There are so many different answers based on different experiences. You’ll need to find what works for you.

For me, manual girth exercises worked great and clamping and pumping have been useless - potentially because of my lack of time commitment to these methods. If you’ve been doing manual exercises to date, I would stick with your current routine for warm-up/conditioning and incorporate girth exercises: (1) a few weeks of squeezes and ulis to condition yourself and find a training level that seems right for you, (2) then a few weeks also adding flaccid bends and fulcrum stretches (and perhaps a few erect bends) to target the tunica, and (3) followed by heavy supra slammers that bring all of those exercises together. We all respond differently but I think you should see real gains in 6 months versus pumping and clamping.

Also, don’t forget to use heat with any approach: proper warn-up (e.g. rice sock) and, if possible, continuous (e.g. infra-red lamp or heating pad around pump tube). Good luck.

I did clamping for about 5 months then switched to all ulis and erect jelqs. I’ve been pumping regularly since October and have not had any gains. What I’m really trying to know is if I should go 5 days a week or 2 on 1 off?

I’m currently testing out an idea to wear down the tunica using erect bends.. Combined with edging. I personally use a 1” fixed plastic cock ring during.. Acting like a firm yet loose clamp. Once you feel the sudden change it’s ready for the actual target for my routine (length).but I’m sure it also can apply to being supple enough for girth gains as well.

Still too early to tell since I barely started just after the beginning of this month (January 2015). I posted more in the “targeting the tunica” thread.

You should use plenty of heat, and could give a go to clamped edging ( clamp is not too tight as it should allow inflow of blood and maximum erection as you edge). What it your pumping routine?

I just starter my new routine but I like the combination or squeeze sets and pump sets.

I think your cock needs more recovery time when you are working girth. A fair number of successful vets confirm it.

Try a simple, not-too-frequent approach to girth for a while.

Go every other day for a while.

Another thing I should note, I never gained during active PE. All my gains came after taking 5 or 6 days off from my routine. Your mileage may vary of course.
