Girth routine
I’m trying to sort out my girth routine. I’ve been dedicated at PE for over 2 years have had pretty good length gains in the first year (almost nothing in the last year) but almost no girth gains, right now I’m at an embarrassing and anxiety causing 4.4 inches.
I’m trying to figure out the best routine for girth gains
Option A: 1 on 2 off
5 min warm up
10 min stretch
10-15 min pump
10 min jelq
5-10 min clamp
10 min stretch
10-15 min pump
10 min jelq
5-10 min clamp
10 min edge
Or
Option B: 5 on 2 off
5 min warm up
10 min stretch
10-15 min pump
10 min jelq
5-10 min clamp
5-10 min edge
I’ve had good success in length with 5 on 2 off gaining about an inch an a half with 30 minutes stretching followed by 30 minutes of jelqing. Also I feel my relaxed on days I do the exercises, less anxiety about my size.
