Hey eveyone,

So far PE has been going great, so far I can’t complain, but I am having a problem with getting some girth. I am around 4.75 ” in the middle of the shaft and I can’t seem to break that mark. I’ve been PEing for about 2.5 month’s now, my routine as is encompasses abit of jelqing, streching, wrapping, and a little hanging (not really heavy). Should I consider some clamping routine, if so, any newibe routine for clamping?


Try some high erection, high pressure jelqing. This is what gave me my awesome girth gains :) But be careful, this exercise is not for newbies.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH
