Hello all,

Just 1/4” temporary expansion from the bathmate and the bedroom results were crazy. Many, most, nearly all reviews I have seen say the results are not permanent.
So, I am proposing additions to my bathmate routine, and would appreciate some feedback from any and all people.

Warmup in tube, no erection, only enough suction to keep the water in easily, with hot water 2-5 min.

To save time today I did an up U and Down U alternating then side to side alternating for my sadsak slinkys. I felt like my penis was tired afterward. My flaccid hang was fatter and nice and soft.
After that I did some horse440s to get some experience with the technique. Feel like I got a great workout. I am getting a lot of little red dots, but my EQ isn’t effected. So, I’m going to push on within reason.

-plumped bends up down left right 30 sec each

Best expansion to date from a workout.

Messed with my wrap for clamping yesterday a little and did much better this morning. I took a tall sock, cut the ankle out (the tube part with the most elsastic). Then, i cut it long ways to make the diameter snug. Almost snug enough for constriction on its own. Then I folded it in thirds to make it short and 3 layers thick. I clamped off very tightly. Yesterday I did a double later and it was almoat tight enough. This was crazy. Id be scared to get one micro tighter. Haha
