Hey does anyone know what are the best girth exercises. I heard about the horse 440 does any one know of any others also how many inches does your girth have to be to fit into a magnum condom

If you start doing Horse440s and ULIs too early in the game you can get yourself into a world of hurt!

Magnum I heard 5.25 is good enough and above. I say 5.5 girth.

5.5 to 6 girth should be good enough to fit in magnums. Just start with jelqs and manual stretches. Also do some edging.(Jerk off without cumming) Edging does add a lot, but every fraction on girth counts a lot.

Jelqing and Ulis I think are the best.

if you are conditioned- clamping is great… and a lot easier than some of the other excersizes.

I gained something in girth in the last period doing a mixture of Uli’s erect bends. Now I decided to stop PE for some days and for my next routine I want to introduce also some horse440, I’ve never tried it.

I can see in your post you gained 4cm in length. What is your length routine? I need some length too..

Cool. At the moment I’m getting back in to a PE routine, and sticking to the basics (Warm up, stretching, lots of jelquing, warm down, and doing kegels whenever possible). That’s what I’d suggest.
