Girth Question

I have been doing a newbie routine for about 4 weeks now - manual stretches and then jelq (300 strokes).
I am thinking about incorporating some girth exercises. Right now I need more girth at the base (I don’t want to hang, yet). Are there anything else except Horses for that?

How many girth exercises I need to do and for how long? And how do I incorporate them into my routine?

Since you’re still a beginner, you should probably stick with your routine for another month or so. From what I’ve heard you should meet your length goal before you start to work your girth. Exercises that would be safe at this point would be jelqing at about 80%.
