I know that this has been mentioned before but I have this really bad. I get great expansion when I clamp but it’s almost 100% vertical expansion. I don’t really get any extra width while clamped. It does not seem possible for me to fix it either because the clamp seems to just end up like that or it’s not tight enough. Is this fine or should I do something to fix this? The expanison is huge if I am not mistaken but it seems to be mainly at the bottom.

I get some of that dough-nut effect on the bottom near the head but I don’t seem to be experiancing any other ill effects.

I don’t mean to ask too many questions but this one seems like the only obstical right now.

I don’t have any advice or a solution, but if it makes you feel any better I get the doughnut effect near bottom of the head.

You get more length than girth, that’s it? If this is the case, I doubt there is a way to fix the problem. Tunica albuginea has 2 layers, one allows length increase whilst erection, the other one girth increase. If your circular tunica (which allows girth expansion) is way stronger than longitudinal tunica, an internal raise of pressure will mainly lengthen your penis. Theoretically, you’ll gain more easily length than girth.

From a logical point of view, once your length gains have touched their limit, girth will start to increase. So I see no other solution than being patient.

What I mean is that I am getting half an inch of expansion while clamped. If I am using this string right then I am gaining girth for the 1st time ever. The thing is that there isn’t any expansion of width. My width is 1.5 inches and it seems to stay exactly the same. However, the bottom of my dick explodes and the circumference increases .5 inches while clamped.

My length actually shrunk from over 7.1 to 6.75ish bone pressed because I stopped for a while so any length would be great even if it was just old length.

Right now, I am doing 3 x 10 Minute sets of clamping 3 days on, 1 day off. I added a 3rd set the day that I got an IR lamp. I take 5 minute breaks that turn into 10 minutes. I do some stretches too with the IR lamp. I am very warm actually. I don’t need to worry about warmth. I am more worried about setting my dick on fire than warming up (haha). Also, I jelq very little before the clamp and than I do the clamping. Then I do some stretches later if I feel like it.

Right now, I am hoping that if my circumference increases, it will force my width to expand from increased pressure someday?

From what your saying it sounds like it working like it’s supposed to. 1/2 inch while clamped is good expansion! If you want width ,which is what I think your saying, then it’s going to take time and you might want to take a look at other manual exercises and once you get have conditioned yourself with clamping there are more advanced exercises you can do while clamped for width.

I want width but what I really want is to feel like I am not doing it wrong. The replys I am getting make me think that I must be on the right track atleast.

CC (underside of your penis) will expand more than width because Tunica Albuginea is stronger than CC; it will take time do grow it.

Depending on the type of clamp you have you may need to position it differently or wrap differently.

A normal plastic cable clamp puts pressure on the sides but isn’t very deep so if you have a lot of height in your CS you may find it puts a lot of pressure on that area no matter how tight you adjust it.

I’ve had better success getting width expansion using a metal hose clamp which being more circular seems to take the pressure of the CS and focus it more on the CCs.

Also for me anyway I get better expansion if I don’t clamp too tight.

My girth is getting bigger and I don’t even see it. I think the bottom feels bigger though. If it’s getting bigger then that’s got to be a good sign. I seem to be getting some of that baseball effect or what ever it’s called. Frankly, I don’t hate it.

Is there a primer on clamping somewhere?

Stretchs are working too. I am way past 6.75 bone presses. I’m not at 7 yet but I shouldn’t have any problems since I’ve passed it before. My girth seems to be 4.75 inches now which is bigger by alot. However, I just don’t see it and my diameter is not getting bigger.

Try warming up in the shower first. Hold the shower head over your dick, with the water as hot as you can take it. Then start jelqing at around 90% - 100% erection. Try Ulis as well. Then when you are done, dry off and start your clamping session in front of your IR lamp.

I read some where on this site that some one had place a thermometer in their urethra while in the shower and while in front of a IR lamp. He said that the shower raised the internal temp of his penis more than the IR lamp.

You could also try bundled stretches in your warm up. My favorite are the bundled a-stretch.
