Ill’start with newbie routine some weeks ago and I get some interesting good results..
I gain in quality and duration of my erection and I get some centimeter of length.. But at this time, no girth..
My routine: 5 minute warm up 10 minute manual stretch ( a minute in each direction so 2 times per direction ) 10 minute wet slow jelq and 5 minute warm down:
Any idea? I’m doing something wrong for gain girth?
