Girth Problem

Girth Problem

It appears my penis is much girthier the further towards the base you go. Is there anyway I can specifically aim for more girth towards the glans’ half of the penis? Thanks.


Starting Stats: 7.5 x 6.0

Current Stats: 8.0 nbp x 6.125

Current Goal: 8.25 nbp x 6.25

I can only think to jelqs, right now.

You can also incorporate mid-shaft to glans oriented bends and some area specific ballooning exercises into your jelq routine once you have conditioned your unit for that type of twist.

What’s your current routine, ttamvmatt?


For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

My current routine looks like this..

Warm up (hot shower + penis massage)
5-10 mins basic stretching (left, right, up down, under legs, “circle” stretches)
10-15 mins jelq (alternating hand positions and holding stretch for 2-3 seconds at end of each jelq)
100 kegels, 5 sets of 10 second holds
Cool down (I have an interesting cool down method. I get the shower as cold as it’ll go and rinse my lower body for a few minutes until my penis is pretty much frozen numb. I believe in the theory that it will help freeze the ligaments and tissue in place)

I do 2 days on 1 day off

I don’t think there is any theory that recommends getting a ‘frozen numb’ penis, really.

Hm. Oh well, I’m experimenting around and I have no complaints so far with it.

From what I’ve read it would seem that jelqing at low erection levels has a tendency to cause the baseball bat effect. You might try that.

Hm, I’ve been doing that for a few weeks now. I suppose I’ll give it a few more weeks for the results to kick in. ;)

Put tape around the base, pump the unit. The portion untaped will be the only section that can

take expansion.

Or pumping with a silicone sleeve at the base of it.

There is opposing schools of thought to this. It is said that pumping wrapped could actually yield greater gains in the wrapped areas as the expansion is forced to only deep tissue without the subcutaneous water that you get with naked pumping. The vacuum force being focused more on the deep tissue rather than the surface areas.
