Girth please
Guys, I have been gone for a long time… well I never really started PE since I registered long time ago. (3 years ago). I can only imagine what gains I could of made if I did start and keep it up for all this time!!!
Where is the link with all the routines for noobs? I really need to focus on some girth. I remember seeing even a video of proper jelq technique etc.
